All characters have access to Light Cones in Honkai: Star Rail, but the passive ability of these weapons will only activate if the wielder belongs to the corresponding Path. Thus, it is unfortunate that Topaz, who excels in follow-up attacks, is unable to utilize an exceptional Light Cone such as Jing Yuan's ultimate weapon in Honkai: Star Rail, known as Before Dawn.
8. Darting Arrow
Nevertheless, individuals are bound by the weapons of the Hunt, thus significantly restricting Topaz's choices. Thankfully, there remains a noteworthy assortment of superior Topaz weapons in Honkai: Star Rail, as outlined below.

In terms of being a stat stick for Topaz, In the Night is a solid choice. However, its passive ability is not as efficient for her playstyle, which heavily relies on follow-up attacks. Comparatively, it outperforms S1 Only Silence Remains and S1 Swordplay, but falls behind when compared to the two four-star weapons at S5 level.

Only Silence Remains is a highly effective Hunt weapon that is particularly well-suited for Topaz & Numby due to its non-move-dependent passive. When the passive condition is met, this weapon can surpass Swordplay in performance. However, if the condition is not met, Swordplay takes priority. As a result, the performance of the Light Cone can be somewhat unstable.
