Make your way to the magnificent planet of Nessus, specifically The Watcher's Grave, to locate Xur and his coveted wares. As for the weapon of choice, Xur is presenting the coveted Crimson. Hunters can seize the Gemini Jester leg armor, Titans can equip themselves with the formidable Helm of Saint-14 helmet, and Warlocks can acquire the prestigious Crown of Tempests helmet.

Find Xur on Nessus at the Watcher's Grave transmat zone. Ride your sparrow north towards the area's exit and look for a large tree with pink moss on the right side. Climb onto its flat branch to reach Xur.

This will enable you to earn an Exotic Cipher, which can be used to purchase old Exotics from a kiosk in the Tower. However, now you have the option to spend your Exotic Ciphers at Master Rahool to obtain the Exotics of your choosing. Furthermore, the Exotic Cipher limit has been increased and you can now hold up to five of them simultaneously.
