Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist from Golden Bachelor recently took the viral "Beckham Test" to showcase their love. Nist, 70, shared a video on Instagram on December 18, featuring herself and Turner, 72, along with lyrics from the song "Islands in the Stream" by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. In the caption, Nist expressed that Turner makes her feel special and that they have something truly special between them.
The reality stars performed a choreographed dance to the popular 80s song in the video, then laughed together as it ended. The song "Islands in the Stream" has become popular again after being featured in David and Victoria Beckham's Netflix series "Beckham," sparking a viral TikTok trend. The Beckhams danced to the song in their kitchen, prompting fans and other celebrities to share their own versions of the sweet scene.

Turner and Nist’s love received high praise from Golden Bachelor fans in the comments section, with some even speculating that this could be the song the couple chooses for their upcoming wedding dance.
"This is amazing! Watching you practice your wedding dance brought so much joy to my day. Theresa, you look incredibly happy and bring out the best in him," one person commented. Another person added, "It's impossible not to smile while watching this."

During the Golden Bachelor season finale, Turner shocked Nist by giving her his final rose, followed by a heartfelt proposal. This came after an emotional breakup with his runner-up, Leslie Fhima. "When I woke up this morning, it was difficult. I had really mixed feelings," Turner told Nist before getting down on one knee. "I came to the realization that you’re not the right person for me to live without. Theresa, I love you 1,000 percent. I’m never going to stop believing that every day I choose you. Will you marry me?"
During the After the Final Rose special, Turner and Nist revealed their intention to tie the knot "immediately," and disclosed that ABC would broadcast the wedding in a special Golden Wedding event on Thursday, January 4.

Ahead of their nuptials, Turner and Nist have revealed their plans to move to Charleston, South Carolina, and start their life together.

"We have decided to relocate to South Carolina, just outside of Charleston. This is something that he has been considering for the past two years, but it was not common knowledge," Nist revealed on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast last month. "Some people thought I was going to move to Indiana, but that was never the plan. I have a son and a daughter living four minutes away from me, as well as three grandsons, and another son who resides in South Carolina."
During the same interview, Turner explained why his relationship with Nist was moving so fast, saying that he “didn’t want to put off” something that he “really felt was right.”
