Roberta Leaves a Lasting Impression: The Golden Bachelor Episode 7
Gerry Turner's heartwarming reunion with his 'Golden Bachelor' contestants unfolds during the emotional 'Women Tell All' episode, leaving viewers touched and captivated
Gerry Turner was finally able to reunite with his contestants at The Golden Bachelor: Women Tell All on November 9th. However, it was Ellen Goltzer's heartfelt tribute to her late friend, Roberta, that truly touched everyone's emotions. During her interview with Jesse Palmer, Ellen shared how Roberta, her friend of 60 years, had been the one to encourage her to participate in the show. Sadly, Roberta had passed away before The Golden Bachelor aired, but Ellen was grateful to know that her friend was still watching over her throughout the entire journey.
"We'll be watching the show from separate locations, but still together," Ellen tearfully expressed.
Although things didn't go well between Ellen and Gerry, she acknowledged that her experience on the show left her with renewed hope for future relationships.
“I have just witnessed an incredible life with him. He displayed remarkable attentiveness, care, love, and humor. The manner in which he treated me was nothing short of making me feel like a princess,” Ellen expressed. “What I derived the most from the show is an overwhelming sense of gratitude towards Gerry.”

Ellen added that Gerry made her “know that I am worthy” of love again.
"I can fully embrace and truly experience the joy of life, seeking utmost fulfillment and discovering happiness," she confidently asserted. "To be honest, I am eagerly anticipating the beginning of this journey."
Courtney, Roberta's daughter, then astonished Ellen in the crowd by declaring that Ellen was her mother's closest companion.
