Destiny 2: The Final Shape will launch in February 2024, introducing new Supers and Aspects, each with a unique design concept. Bungie provided a sneak peek of these additions in the first deep dive into The Final Shape. If you're curious about how these new elements function in the game, the studio has uploaded several videos showcasing them.
Please note that the videos below feature alpha playtest sessions, so there may be changes before the expansion is released next year. However, they provide an excellent glimpse into the versatility and teamwork-focused nature of these new Supers. If you missed the initial reveal, Twilight Arsenal is a Void Super designed for Titans. It enables players to summon three Void axes that attract and explode enemies. Additionally, these melee weapons can be picked up by other fireteam members to efficiently dispatch weakened foes.

The Titans now have a powerful addition to their arsenal - the Unbreakable Void Aspect. This ability enables players to consume a grenade, generating a shield that not only deflects incoming damage but also stores energy from absorbed attacks. Upon reaching a certain threshold, the shield can be unleashed, wreaking havoc and inflicting colossal damage on anything unfortunate enough to be in its way.
Hunters harness the power of the Storm's Edge Super to transform into formidable flying thunder gods. With this super, they can summon an Arc-energy dagger that grants them the ability to teleport forward. Every time they reappear, they unleash a deadly whirlwind attack. This sequence can be repeated three times consecutively, granting Hunters exceptional agility. Additionally, the Ascension Aspect amplifies their aerial capabilities. By utilizing this aspect, Hunters can consume their class ability to propel themselves upwards, inflicting damage and temporarily stunning nearby enemies. As a bonus, nearby teammates will also receive an Amplified buff.

Warlocks now have a new Solar Super called Song of Flame that may entice them to replace Well of Radiance. When using Song of Flame, Warlocks enter a Radiant state, enhancing their melee ability and transforming their grenade into a sentient Spirit of Flame that seeks out nearby enemies and explodes upon contact. Additionally, with the Hellion Aspect, Warlocks have the ability to activate their class ability and summon a Solar Soul that fires flaming mortars at distant enemies, effectively scorching them.

Destiny 2: The Final Shape, the concluding expansion in the Light and Darkness saga, is set to launch on February 27, 2024. This highly anticipated expansion will be available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
