Raids are a highly popular activity in Destiny 2, although they may not appeal to all players. The release of a new raid generates a lot of excitement, especially during the competitive race to be the first to complete it, which even Bungie employees watch and promote. As the most challenging activity in the game, raids offer unique and powerful rewards.
However, not all raid rewards in Destiny 2 provide power to players. Some cosmetic rewards such as shaders, emblems, and ships are also available. For those who can overcome the challenges thrown at them in raids, there are exclusive titles to be earned. In the case of King's Fall, players have the opportunity to earn the prestigious Kingslayer title.
How to Get Kingslayer Title
Unlike other titles in Destiny 2, raid titles present a considerably greater challenge for acquisition. Although not reaching the level of difficulty posed by Rivensbane, unlocking the Kingslayer title demands a substantial investment of time and skill. A total of 21 Triumphs must be accomplished by players in order to earn the prestigious Kingslayer title.

Court of Jesters: Complete King's Fall with a full team of clanmates. | Spark of Defiance: Complete every encounter in King's Fall with all players using Arc subclasses. | Sunburst: Complete every encounter in King's Fall with all players using Solar subclasses. |
The Abyss Society: Complete King's Fall with a full team of clanmates. | Hive Mind: Complete every encounter in King's Fall with everyone playing the same class. | Controlled Dunks: Complete the opening encounter without letting the same player dunk an orb until every player has dunked at least one orb. |

Brand Buster: Defeat the Warpriest without letting any player have the brand twice until everyone has. | Gaze Amaze: Complete the challenge for the Golgoroth encounter. | Taking Turns: Defeat Golgoroth without letting the same player taunt Golgoroth until everyone in the fireteam has done so at least once. |

Overwhelming Power: Defeat Oryx by detonating enough bombs at once to force Oryx into his last stand phase in one damage phase. | One True King: Complete King's Fall on Master difficulty. | King of Kings: Complete all challenges in King's Fall on Master difficulty. |
Completing the King's Fall raid on Master difficulty and completing the challenges will be a much more significant accomplishment compared to clearing it with a decent group. It will be particularly challenging for players without a clan, as one Triumph requires completing the raid with a full team of clanmates.
Both the One True King and King of Kings titles reward players with a Ship and Sparrow that are part of the Badge. Fortunately, obtaining the Kingslayer title does not require players to obtain the Touch of Malice. However, a recent change in Year 6 of Destiny 2 has increased the drop rate chance of the Touch of Malice for players who complete the above Triumphs. Therefore, for players aiming to add this weapon to their collection, pursuing the Kingslayer title is worth the effort.
Destiny 2 is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
