How To Link Honkai: Star Rail Account To PS5

Upon launching Honkai: Star Rail on PS5, players will have two options: they can either jump right into the game or encounter the "Prepare to Begin Your Adventure" box. If the game begins right away, it indicates that a HoYoverse account is already connected to the PSN, requiring players to first unlink the account (details to follow).

In the event that no account is currently linked to the PS5, individuals have the choice to proceed by selecting "Already have an account" to continue their progress or "Create a HoYoverse account" to embark on a new journey.

Players have the option to link an existing account either by using an email or scanning the provided QR code. To proceed with the email option, players need to first bind their HoYoverse account to an email. It should be noted that accounts linked solely to Google or other platforms are not eligible for this process.

Subsequently, a prompt will appear displaying the details of the linked account. However, it is unfortunate that Trailblazers are unable to select their preferred server to play on, as the game will automatically align with the location of their PSN account.

To unlink a HoYoverse Honkai: Star Rail account from the PS5, Trailblazers should initially verify the connected account on the PSN by navigating to Settings > Account Settings > User Center.

Once players have chosen their account, they should proceed to https://account.hoyoverse.com/ and log in using the correct information. Alternatively, they can access HoYoLAB's Account Settings by selecting Information Management > Account Settings.

After logging in, navigate to Account Security Settings and scroll down to the PSN section. Click on "Unlink," and make sure to read the warning before confirming.
