Best Team Compositions for Kafka

One of Kafka's major strengths lies in her exceptional skill of inflicting and selectively triggering Damage over Time (DoT) effects. This remarkable ability significantly enhances the speed at which teams relying on DoTs can eliminate adversaries, essentially transforming Kafka into an invaluable asset for characters dependent on Shock, Bleed, Wind Shear, and comparable affliction techniques.

Balanced F2P Team

Teams that maximize Kafka's potential will feature one or more characters who synergize effectively with her unique abilities. Given her specific skill set, she thrives particularly well in teams focused on Damage over Time (DoT) strategies. It is important to note that players are not obligated to limit themselves to these teams. However, these setups undeniably offer the greatest advantages for Kafka.

DPS 1: Kafka

DPS 2: Luka/Sampo

Sampo excels in battles that involve a single target due to his powerful ability, Ricochet Love, which can hit the same target multiple times. Additionally, his Ultimate increases the damage that enemies receive from Damage over Time (DoT) effects, making him an obvious choice for a Kafka comp.

However, Luka can easily replace Sampo when facing enemies with a vulnerability to Physical damage. The mechanics behind Luka's Bleed effect, caused by his Skill, may be a bit complex. Nevertheless, based on the game's terminology, each occurrence of the effect will result in damage equal to the smaller value between 24% of the enemy's maximum HP and 156% of Luka's ATK damage. Regardless, Kafka will have the ability to activate this effect during her turn, resulting in shorter battles than usual.

In terms of boosting Kafka's damage output, Pela is the optimal choice due to the diminishing returns of ATK% scaling. With her ability to shred resistances and remove debuffs, she becomes an invaluable asset in any team composition.

Regarding the tank on the team, the choice ultimately lies with the players. However, utilizing the Trend of the Universal Market Light Cone could be beneficial. This is because it has the potential to apply the Burn effect on enemies, adding another Damage over Time (DoT) effect for Kafka to trigger.

The Stellaron Hunters

Unlike the previous team, this team is quite costly to maintain since it necessitates a complete lineup of 5-star units, excluding one that is obtainable without any cost. Although it deviates from Kafka's primary function as a Damage over Time (DoT) facilitator, the team synergy compensates for this by rendering the overlooked role insignificant.

Additionally, Kafka's machine pistols have the potential to shock opponents upon impact, setting the stage for explosive detonations.
