This guide will help you optimize your farming efforts and increase your chances of obtaining the perfect God Rolls. With its impressive stats and unique perks, this SMG is a must-have for any Guardian looking to dominate the battlefield. Let's dive in and get started!
No Survivors is a Solar SMG with a Legendary, Aggressive Frame that boasts impressive base stats and the ability to roll with some of the best perk combinations available. Its new Origin Perk has quickly become a must-have in Destiny 2's PvE. Fortunately, obtaining this powerful weapon only requires a few minutes of farming with a skilled fireteam, even in the lengthy dungeon of Ghosts of the Deep. Here's how to obtain it.
How to Farm the No Survivors SMG
Obtaining the powerful No Survivors weapon in Ghosts of the Deep doesn't require players to repeatedly finish a single encounter. This weapon has a chance to drop from every major encounter, providing players with more opportunities to obtain it. If players want to expedite the farming process, they can focus on defeating the first boss, Ecthar.
To take down Ecthar in a single damage phase, it is crucial to have the right loadout and fireteam setup. Guardians should consider using Nightstalker (Deadfall Anchor), Dawnblade (Well of Radiance), and Striker (Thundercrash) for this fight. It is recommended to equip weapons such as Arbalest, Legend of Acrius, Hothead, Gjallarhorn, Lumina, and Rapid-Fire Fusion Rifles to maximize the damage output.
Having at least one Hunter and one Warlock in the fireteam is crucial when farming this boss due to the valuable effects their Supers provide. Titans can choose any subclass, but the Thundercrash Striker is recommended for its strong burst damage. It's important to follow the fight's mechanics and be prepared to unleash everything.
When it comes to weapons, the Legend of Acrius is the top choice for quickly defeating the boss in a single phase. Two well-rolled Hotheads with Gjallarhorn can also achieve the same result, but it's riskier as the boss may get too close for comfort. The Arbalest is capable of one-tapping Ecthar's shield, while the Lumina can provide a 35% damage boost. Keep in mind that the Lumina's buff will override the Well of Radiance until its duration runs out, so use it strategically.
No Survivors God Rolls
The Restoration Ritual Origin Perk is a standout feature of this SMG as it automatically reloads the weapon when players perform a revive or Finisher on an ally. Additionally, it provides an emergency reload that refills the entire magazine when it's emptied, making it a top choice for PvE and a viable option for Competitive Crucible and Trials of Osiris. Pairing this perk with the Discord perk can further enhance its ammo refreshing capabilities. No Survivors also boasts several S-tier PvP and PvE perks.
In any type of content, the combination of Demolitionist and Adrenaline Junkie perks has been proven effective. While it excels in PvE, it also offers advantages in the Crucible.
For those looking to optimize their SMG gameplay in Destiny 2, it's worth noting that Rangefinder is set to receive a nerf this season. As such, players may want to consider a PvP roll with either Well-Rounded or Elemental Capacitor instead. These perks can assist with the SMG's low base Stability of 17, allowing for better resistance to flinch and recoil control. Keep in mind that Destiny 2 is available on a variety of platforms, including PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
