Southern Charm's Austen Kroll Addresses Olivia Flowers' Bra Incident: Debunking the Rumors
Southern Charm's Austen Kroll dispels rumors of a hookup with ex-girlfriend Olivia Flowers as he addresses the discovery of her bra at his house
Austen Kroll was put on the spot during an intense moment on Southern Charm when his ex-girlfriend, Olivia Flowers, unintentionally left her bra at his residence, resulting in his friends discovering the surprising item.
"I had quite an eventful day with Olivia," Austen, 36, shared with his best friend Craig Conover during the November 2 episode of the Bravo series. "We started the day by meeting up for coffee, just to have a conversation. Then we decided to have lunch together."
Later that evening, Austen disclosed that Olivia, 31, came over for a movie night, but they maintained their distance by sitting on opposite sides of the couch. "We managed to watch three quarters of our favorite romantic comedy," he revealed before delivering a shocking revelation. "And then, to my surprise, she left her bra on my small ottoman."
The founder of King's Calling Brewing, Austen, confirmed that Olivia left behind an article of clothing but denied any intimate involvement between them. Austen assured Craig that if they had hooked up, he would have been honest about it.
Although Austen agreed to keep the incident private, the secret didn't remain hidden. Rod Razavi, who was casually dating Olivia during the filming, disclosed to his friend Jarett "JT" Thomas that a close friend had discovered Olivia's bra at Austen's place shortly after her visit.
Rod chose to address the issue of Bra-gate with Austen during their stay at Shep Rose's family residence in North Carolina. Getting straight to the point, Rod stated, "I've heard that Olivia spent time with you on Thursday," and went on to mention that he noticed a bra on the ottoman after she left.
Austen responded, denying any significant occurrences. He explained, "Nothing really happened. We just cuddled a little bit. She gave me a heartfelt hug, kissed me on the chest, and then she left." Austen further expressed that he did not intend to reconcile with Olivia as he feared causing her additional pain.
Austen and Olivia were in a relationship in 2022 until Olivia announced in October of that same year that they had broken up. In early 2023, Austen caused controversy by kissing Olivia's friend, Taylor Ann Green, while still attempting to reconcile with Olivia. Initially, Austen denied the encounter but later admitted to it during an episode of Southern Charm in October.
On Thursday's episode, Rod confessed that he and Olivia were not officially in a relationship but acknowledged that they had a genuine connection, which is why he felt bothered by the situation with the bra. Austen expressed that he wasn't trying to harm their relationship, stating, "I'm not against you. I don't want to see it. I'm not trying to sabotage it."
During the uncomfortable conversation between Austen and Rod on the deck, Craig stepped in to defend his best friend. He argued that Olivia was equally responsible for the situation, emphasizing that women should not be seen as helpless sexual objects. Despite Craig's explanation, JT remained disturbed by Austen's repeated actions of causing harm to others.
