Austen Kroll confessed during the latest episode of Southern Charm that he is unhappy about Olivia Flowers moving on with Rod Razavi after their breakup.
"I find it strange to see Rod and Olivia together," Austen, 36, admitted on Thursday's episode of the Bravo series.
At the group dinner, Austen couldn't hide his displeasure as he observed his ex-girlfriend, aged 31, flirting with Rod from a distance. He uttered, "I'm not particularly thrilled about it." Throughout the evening, Austen couldn't help but monitor Olivia's interactions, noticing how she giggled and became intimate with Rod.
Despite the seemingly amicable atmosphere between Olivia and Austen, she confided in Rod that she still hadn't completely forgiven Austen for kissing her close friend, Taylor Ann Green, during a turbulent phase in their own relationship.
"I anticipated this from Austen, but I was taken aback by Taylor's behavior," Olivia expressed, alluding to the well-known kiss. "Mending things with Austen seems easier to handle." She clarified, "I'm not forgiving him, but the wound isn't as profound [as it is with Taylor]." Olivia went on to explain that her priority was restoring her relationship with Taylor, who is 28 years old.
Rumors of a romantic encounter between Austen and Taylor emerged in early 2023, although they consistently denied any intimacy for months. During an episode of the Bravo series in October, both Austen and Taylor eventually confirmed that they had indeed shared a kiss in late 2022.
The temporary relationship created tensions within their social circle due to Austen's friendship with Taylor's former partner Shep Rose, whom she had been in a two-year relationship with until their breakup in July 2022. Additionally, Taylor had provided emotional support for Olivia following her separation from Austen in the autumn of 2022.

Throughout the season, viewers witnessed the ongoing drama between Austen, Taylor, Olivia, and Shep. Olivia expressed her frustration with Austen's lack of friendship, but she softened towards him when he provided support during her grieving process for her late brother, Connor. In a recent episode, Rod admitted to Olivia that he was not shocked by Austen's inconsistent narrative about his relationship with Taylor. "I'm accustomed to their game-playing. I prefer to live by a set of principles and conduct myself with integrity," Rod explained. Olivia responded by stating, "That's what we call values and morals."
The new member of season 9 agreed with a smile, telling Olivia, "Austen likes to pretend he's doing the right thing and manipulate the situation a bit." During his confession, Rod continued to criticize Austen, stating, "Austen only cares about himself when it comes to decision making. He always sees himself as the victim and believes he's the cause of every problem."
To end his date with Olivia, Rod made a joke about Austen's questionable past. "I can assure you that I won't kiss Taylor Ann...if things progress between us," Rod quipped, causing Olivia to burst into laughter.
Southern Charm airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
