Marlo Hampton, a cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta, has been sharing glimpses of her personal life with fans. And now, viewers will have the opportunity to witness a significant event in her life: her very first blind date.
In an exclusive preview of the upcoming episode on Sunday, June 25, We get a glimpse of Marlo as she embarks on a dinner date with renowned chef Scotley Innis, all thanks to her friend Tye's recommendation. As Marlo prepares for the outing, she confesses in an interview, "Oh, my lashes are about to come off. I can already feel the sweat. I just hope my wig stays intact. It's quite overwhelming!"
Marlo's nerves seem to relax a little when she sets her eyes on her date. She expresses to the cameras, "He's attractive. And he has a nice beard."
When Marlo reveals to Scotley, who has previously featured on season 18 of Hell's Kitchen, that this is her first experience with a blind date, he admits that he's in the same boat.

Tye believed that Scotley and Marlo would be compatible due to his strong opinions and her need for someone who can handle her. Additionally, Tye thought that Marlo's love for food would be a perfect match for Scotley being a chef. As their date begins, it appears to be going well, although Marlo expresses some skepticism about Scotley's age, considering 39 to be young.
Earlier this year, Marlo subtly mentioned that she is currently in a relationship with someone special, although she didn't disclose the identity of the man in question.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in May, she described him as attractive and tall, expressing her current state of enjoyment and happiness. Marlo shared that Shereé Whitfield has been guiding her through this new experience, advising her to simply savor the present moment and have fun. Marlo admitted to being someone who tends to overanalyze and overthink everything, constantly questioning the future and the progression of a relationship. However, she has decided to let go of those concerns and focus on enjoying the present.

Marlo has appeared on RHOA off and on since season 4, but she didn’t become a full-time Housewife until season 14, which aired last year.
"Securing the peach held immense significance for me and my loyal fans," she expressed to E! News in May 2022. "There were moments when it was disheartening to constantly encounter comments like, 'Why doesn't she have a peach? Give her a peach!' It reached a point where I yearned for it to cease, my dear friends. However, the euphoria that washed over me upon learning that I had finally earned a peach was indescribable. I thought to myself, 'Yes! My supporters and fans will be overjoyed.' It was a remarkable sensation, and I firmly believe that everything unfolds in its own time, and now is my time."
