In what seems to be a conscious effort to move on, Kim Zolciak-Biermann is selling the designer shoes of her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, amidst their tumultuous divorce proceedings.

Kroy's Dior shoes, showcased by Zolciak-Biermann in an Instagram Story on October 3, are absolutely adorable. These shoes have only been worn once and are in excellent, perfect condition. Zolciak-Biermann proudly displayed a pair of Biermann's high-top Christian Dior sneakers, featuring a stunning floral design. The video mentioned that these are men's Dior shoes in size 13, with an asking price of $600.

In a second video, she showed off another pair of size 13 sneakers, which were going for the same price.
“Worn one time, guys. Excellent condition Louboutins,” Zolciak-Biermann said of the black and white high-tops.

In addition to Biermann's unworn footwear, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, a former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, was also offering some of her own designer shoes for sale. Among them were a pair of Gucci heels priced at $1,250 and Balmain pumps available for $600. Biermann himself, who is 38 years old, has not acknowledged his ex-wife's posts on social media. These uploads were made shortly after Zolciak-Biermann chose not to attend their divorce hearing on September 27.
Both Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann initially filed for divorce in May after being married for 11 years. They briefly reconciled in July but Biermann filed for divorce again a month later, stating that their marriage is irreparable. The former couple has four children together, including twins, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak-Biermann's two daughters from a previous relationship.
Zolciak-Biermann has now filed a request to dismiss the second divorce petition, downplaying their marital issues. In court documents filed on September 25, she claims that she and Biermann continue to have a sexual relationship despite deciding to separate, stating that their most recent encounter was on September 7.
Biermann, on the other hand, promptly asserted his position. In his response to her allegations, he stated in his own court documents that he has no intention of reconciling with Zolciak-Biermann.
According to the documents, engaging in sexual relations with Zolciak-Biermann does not imply any desire to reconcile. Biermann, following this second filing, maintains his unwavering intention to separate from Zolciak-Biermann, leave the family home with the children, and establish a tranquil and stable environment for them, which is the complete opposite of their current situation.
Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann were scheduled to attend a divorce hearing on September 27 amidst the public revelation of intimate details about their past relationship. However, Zolciak-Biermann's absence was explained by her lawyer, David Beaudry, who stated that she was returning from Colombia after filming the reality show The Surreal Life.
"The fact is that her presence was not exempted for today's hearing, so she was expected to be here," the attorney stated. "I did not waive her presence."
Following the hearing, an insider informed Us that Zolciak-Biermann failed to fulfill her obligation due to the need for financial gain. The informant stated that both she and Biermann are currently financially unstable and struggling financially.
Bergstrom, Biermann's attorney, previously speculated to Us that Zolciak-Biermann's intention may be to declare bankruptcy during the ongoing divorce proceedings. This scheme would effectively keep the estranged couple living together in the same household.
