Kroy Biermann and his estranged wife Kim Zolciak-Biermann's contentious divorce has escalated to involve the police, as their residence has been the subject of multiple calls for assistance.
According to a police report obtained by We, the estranged couple made a total of five calls to authorities on June 16, with one call even alleging "kidnapping."
The initial phone call was received by the Milton County Police at 6:24 p.m. ET; however, it was abruptly terminated. The subsequent conversation was characterized as a "pos domestic" by the responding officer, suggesting a potential domestic altercation.
Kim Zolciak was finally identified as the caller on the third attempt. During their brief conversation, her ex-husband, Curtis Means, accused her of kidnapping their son for taking him to the rodeo. Allegedly, the child had been dropped off with a woman named Aleese.
No further information regarding the alleged kidnapping was mentioned in the file, nor was there any indication if the former NFL player actually reported the incident. The couple has four children together, named Kroy Jr., Kash, Kane, and Kaia. Additionally, Biermann legally adopted the two daughters of the former Housewife from previous relationships, named Brielle and Ariana, after their marriage in 2011.
Shortly after, Zolciak-Biermann contacted the station and claimed that her "husband took a bag," without providing any further details. The final call, received at 6:28 p.m. ET, stated that the caller does not require police assistance at that moment and will call back later.

The police exchange, which added to the confusion, occurred over a month after the breakup of the Don't Be Tardy stars made news. In May, Biermann and Zolciak-Biermann both filed for divorce after separating on April 30.
Biermann's filing, as a former Atlanta Falcons player, caused immediate concern as he requested "temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody" of their four minor children. Later, Zolciak-Biermann requested that her ex-partner undergo a drug test as she alleged witnessing him smoking marijuana in the presence of their children.
The retired athlete retaliated by making his own accusations in court documents, claiming that Zolciak-Biermann has a severe gambling addiction that impairs her ability to care for their children. In response, Biermann requested that his estranged wife undergo a psychological evaluation.
Zolciak-Biermann's lawyer, David Beaudry, expressed concern about the way Kroy is publicizing their divorce, stating that it could negatively affect their children in the future. He also denounced Kroy's ongoing deceitful allegations, emphasizing Kim's dedication to raising her children.
The statement went on to say that Kim is a dedicated mother to her children and is always there to love and support them. She strongly denies Kroy's attempts to portray her falsely for his own benefit. Kim is looking forward to resolving these issues in court.
Amidst all the drama, Biermann took to Instagram on June 23 to share his journey of self-improvement. He discussed reading a book that offers helpful advice and reflection on his personal growth.
"I deeply appreciate the support and positive energy. I wish I could personally respond to every single one of you!" he exclaimed, captioning the collection of video clips that were complemented by inquiries mentioned in the book. "Please understand that I read and truly value EACH comment from ALL of you! Lots of love to everyone!"
