In a recent Vogue video titled "73 Questions With Vogue," Gwenyth Paltrow opens up about her fashion regrets. During the interview, which was released on October 9th, the 51-year-old actress confessed that she has never taken anything from a movie set, but admitted that she wishes she had snagged the iconic Birkin bag from the film "The Royal Tenenbaums."
The interviewer jokingly inquired, "Is it too late?" Paltrow chuckled and nodded, responding, "I believe it is too late."
In the acclaimed 2001 Wes Anderson film, Paltrow portrays Margot Tenenbaum, a melancholic ex-playwright with perennially dark-rimmed eyes. The character is recognized for donning a lengthy fur coat, sleekly styled short hair parted to one side and secured with a clip. Her preferred accessory? A brown Birkin bag.

Paltrow’s character exudes a sense of mystery that further enhances her irresistible charm. The film's narrator reveals, "She possessed an air of extreme secrecy." Not a single member of the Tenenbaum family had any knowledge that she had been a smoker since the tender age of 12."
In addition to the renowned Birkin bag, Paltrow's inclination for thievery extended to other items. While gracefully strolling through the garden of her luxurious Hampton's residence, the Goop founder effortlessly fielded questions about her unique fashion choices. She gracefully paused at intervals to proudly showcase her impressive vegetable garden, invigorating cold plunge, cozy sauna, and inviting swimming pool.
When questioned about what she would nab from her daughter Apple Martin's wardrobe, Paltrow disclosed, "Perhaps her denim shorts." Demonstrating her selflessness, the actress willingly permits her daughter to have unrestricted access to her own apparel, firmly asserting that "she can take whatever she wants."
Regarding how Martin has influenced her mother's style, Paltrow stated in a Vogue interview, "She takes me back to the 90s." In response, the interviewer humorously remarked, "That's definitely a time to be taken back to at the moment." This comment elicited a laughter from Paltrow as she threw her head back.
Meanwhile, Martin, aged 19, has been forging her own path in the fashion industry. She recently made her debut at Paris Fashion Week, stunning attendees with her black and white tweed outfit while seated in the front row of the Chanel show. Karl Lagerfeld, the former Creative Director of Chanel who sadly passed away, had supposedly predicted Martin's future as a Chanel girl when he first met her at the age of 4.
