Paltrow took to Instagram on Sunday, June 18, to honor the important fathers in her life. Sharing a series of photos on her Instagram Story, she dedicated a heartfelt Father's Day message to Brad Falchuk, her partner and the father figure to her children. Paltrow described him as an exceptional father, highlighting his qualities as a devoted dog dad and a wonderful stepdad.
The Oscar winner shared a playful selfie of her boyfriend, Falchuk, with her 19-year-old daughter, Apple, showing off their silly side. Paltrow, who co-parents Apple and her 17-year-old son Moses with her ex-husband Chris Martin, also took a moment to give a heartfelt shout-out to the Coldplay singer on this special occasion.

She captioned a second Instagram Story pic, wishing a happy Father's Day to Martin, 46, and their two children, alongside a selfie of the family.
Chris and I made a commitment to prioritize our children above all else. However, it's not always easy because there are days when you don't want to spend time with the person you're divorcing," the acclaimed actor shared during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in September 2020. "But when you have a commitment to have family dinners, you push through. You take a deep breath, look them in the eye, and remind yourself of the promise you made. You smile, give them a hug, and recommit to building a new relationship."
Since then, Martin has moved on and started dating Dakota Johnson in 2017. As for Paltrow, she exchanged vows with Falchuk in 2018.
The actress, known for her role in Shallow Hal, revealed in an interview with We in October 2022 that she and her husband prioritize open communication in order to maintain a healthy relationship. Paltrow emphasized the importance of not suppressing emotions, particularly for women, as she believes it can lead to resentment. Instead, they strive to express their feelings and address any challenges that arise. Paltrow acknowledged that she may not always handle these situations as well as her husband, but their shared commitment to growth and deepening their marriage has been instrumental in their journey.
