Honkai: Star Rail's latest leak is giving fans a sneak peek into the in-game animations and gameplay of the upcoming four-star character, Guinaifen. Set to be released in Version 1.4, this new addition to HoYoverse's RPG has already garnered excitement among players. In previous updates, the game introduced a pair of five-star characters alongside a fresh four-star option, including popular choices like Silver Wolf, Kafka, and Yukong. Now, leaks are providing fans with a glimpse of what to expect from Guinaifen in Version 1.4. While Version 1.3 of Honkai: Star Rail is yet to be officially launched, HoYoverse is already building anticipation for the following update. Earlier this month, the developer revealed the two newest five-star characters, Jingliu and Topaz, set to join the game's roster in Version 1.4. Additionally, they unveiled Guinaifen, a new four-star character, who will take on the role of a fire unit within the game. The latest leaks are now showcasing Guinaifen's gameplay mechanics within Star Rail.

A full gameplay video of Guinaifen, the Fire character in the Nihility Path, has been leaked by Honkai: Star Rail leaker Star Rail Universe, shared by fellow leaker Dim. The video showcases Guinaifen's Normal Attack, where she strikes enemies with her staff, and her Skill, where she tosses a stick of dynamite at enemies. Additionally, the video reveals Guinaifen's Ultimate, in which she summons several lion companions to deliver a powerful explosive attack. However, no information about the effects of Guinaifen's attacks was revealed in the video.

In Honkai: Star Rail, the video highlights Guinaifen's idle animations and combat gameplay. Her animations pay tribute to her background as a street performer, showcasing her juggling and using a miniature gong while idle. With her Technique, Guinaifen can attack enemies from a distance, catching them off guard in the overworld. While there is no official confirmation from HoYoverse about Guinaifen's release date in the update, leaks suggest that she will debut alongside Topaz in Version 1.4's second half.

Adding to the Nihility path in the game's post-launch updates, Guinaifen will be the newest character in Honkai: Star Rail. Kafka and Silver Wolf, both five-star Nihility units, have already been introduced in Star Rail. Additionally, Luka, a four-star Nihility character, was released in Version 1.2, significantly expanding the roster of Nihility characters in Star Rail. Once released in Version 1.4, Guinaifen will bring valuable utility to Fire element teams.
