The Season of the Wish transports Destiny 2 players back to the Dreaming City, bringing back major elements from the Forsaken expansion. A key feature is the quest to find cosmic kitties hidden within the city. Every week during this season, new Starcats will emerge in the city, prompting players to locate them in order to unlock Triumphs and earn specific rewards.
Finding all the Starcats is crucial for completing the Wishbearer seal and will also reward you with the Wyrmguard Shell for your Ghost.
Here's where you can find the Starcats hidden within the Dreaming City throughout the Season of the Wish.
Week 1
Blind Well Starcat
Make your way to the Blind Well to locate the initial Starcat. The location clue indicates that it can be found near "the door," so head to the opposite side of the Blind Well upon arrival. Go up the stairs to the rear of the room, where you typically encounter bosses.
There, you'll find a huge rounded door, with the cat sitting beside it on the floor.
Garden of Plenty Starcat
In order to acquire the second Starcat, participation in the Riven's Lair seasonal activity is necessary, and you must make your way to the section identified as the "Garden of Plenty." As indicated in the Triumph description, the Starcat can be found "often observing from a position of dominance." However, reaching this location will require following a specific route through the activity.
Upon entering Riven's Lair, you will encounter three portals. Activating nearby plates will cause one of these portals to open randomly, thus determining which encounters you will face during your expedition. To ensure that you encounter the Garden of Plenty, it is essential that the left-most portal opens.
When you come across this rock just before the stairs, turn to the left and peer over the edge of the cliff. Proceed until you reach the Garden of Plenty, an open-air space with trees and boulders lining the perimeter. Move towards the elevated platform at the far end of the area, where the Taken Ogre materializes alongside a horde of Vex. Make your way to the left side of the area, where a steep drop plunges into the abyss. The cat is perched on a ledge there, just beneath your line of vision.

I think it's great that Bungie is adding more cats to Destiny 2. Cats are a popular pet and they add a lot of personality to the game. I hope that Bungie will continue to add more cats to the game in the future.
