With a vast selection of weapons and armor at your disposal, limited inventory space, and a few restricted locations to access your vault, it's likely that the Destiny 2 system may have caused interruptions in your gaming experience in the past. However, Season 23 brings good news for Destiny 2 players, as they will finally be able to access their personal vault while in orbit, without the need for a third-party app. This enhancement makes it much easier for Guardians to fine-tune their loadout before embarking on major activities such as raids or Trials of Osiris.
Bungie has expressed their intention to explore additional areas that offer players more freedom to access the vault within the game for potential future releases. Furthermore, the studio has a number of small yet considerate changes planned for the near future. In the upcoming season, the energy costs for Ghost mods will be significantly reduced across the board, providing players with more options to enhance their versatile Lazarus device. With these revised energy costs, you will be able to incorporate a greater number of functional mods. By strategically utilizing your mods, you can obtain a Ghost that not only aids in earning extra XP, but also assists in obtaining the desired armor rolls and excels at gathering resources.
Lastly, there will be some anticipated changes in Master Rahool's inventory and the costs associated with certain rare materials. When Season 23 starts, the resident Cryptarch will now offer the option to exchange one Enhancement Prism for five Enhancement Cores at a cost of 2,500 Glimmer, three times a week. Moreover, there are additional updates to the economy, including the following:
Materials Acquired | Material Cost | Glimmer Cost | Purchases Per Week |
1 Enhancement Prism | 10 Enhancement Cores | 2500 (previously 10,000) | 3 |
1 Ascendant Shard | 10 Enhancement Prisms | 10,000 (previously 50,000) | 3 |
1 Ascendant Alloy | 10 Enhancement Prisms | 10,000 | 3 |
5 Enhancement Cores | 1 Enhancement Prism | 2,500 | 3 |
Regarding Exotic weapons, several of these highly sought-after weapons will be receiving updates. Fans of hand cannons can look forward to the introduction of a Catalyst for Thorn, enhancing its usability and effectiveness in both PvE and PvP. Also, please note that the Festival of the Lost event will be ending soon, so there are only a few days remaining to gather Spectral Pages.
