Bloomberg's recent report stated that approximately 100 employees, equating to 8% of Bungie's 1,200 staff, have been terminated. The report also mentioned that Destiny 2's revenue has fallen short of the studio's expectations by 45% following the release of the poorly received Lightfall.

In other news, CD Projekt is currently working on a new trilogy of Witcher games and a remake of the original Witcher within The Witcher series.

Editor's P/S

As a Gen Z fan, I am thrilled about the introduction of Witcher skins in Destiny 2. The Witcher series is one of my all-time favorites, and I have been eagerly anticipating the release of these skins since they were first announced. I think it's a great way to bring two of my favorite franchises together, and I can't wait to see how the skins look in-game.

However, I am concerned about the recent news regarding Bungie's internal changes. The layoffs and reports of Destiny 2's revenue falling short of expectations are troubling. I hope that Bungie can weather this storm and continue to support Destiny 2 in the long term. I am invested in the game and want to see it continue to grow and thrive.
