Blac Chyna’s custody battle with ex Tyga over their 10-year-old son, King, is getting messy.

According to court documents obtained by We, Chyna, aged 35, claimed that her former fiancé, aged 33, has not adhered to the custody schedule they previously agreed upon following their separation in 2014. In a declaration filed on Monday, October 2, Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, alleged, "For example, in January 2021, Respondent kept King for two consecutive weekends without informing me of his decision." Chyna further stated, "The same thing happened the following month. I went several weeks without seeing our son, with no knowledge of his whereabouts. I felt powerless since there were no Court Orders in place. Although I contemplated seeking legal intervention, I recognized that the media would not be sympathetic, and engaging in a court battle would directly harm King. Therefore, I chose to remain silent."

Chyna alleged that Tyga (whose real name is Michael Stevenson) recently implemented a revised schedule in early 2022, drastically reducing her time with King and limiting King's time with his half-sister Dream. (Chyna shares custody of Dream, who is 6 years old, with her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian.)

As part of her legal filing, Chyna sought Tyga's consent for a modified schedule. Under this proposed arrangement, Chyna would have custody of King from after school on Fridays until the start of school on Mondays (or from 8 a.m. on Fridays to 4 p.m. on Mondays, if school is not in session).

In the later documents, Chyna claimed that Tyga abruptly cut off all direct communication with her in mid-2019 and refused to provide his phone number or the address where he resides with King.

Expressing her concern, she emphasized the need to know their son's whereabouts and who is taking care of him.

Chyna requested the court to compel communication between her and Tyga through the app OurFamilyWizard, with both parties obligated to check the application every 24 hours. Additionally, Chyna asked for the exchange of current contact information to be used strictly for emergency purposes. She also requested that they share the details of any third-party caretakers responsible for their son.

When Chyna initially filed custody documents for King in August, Tyga publicly criticized her request. He responded to an Instagram post about Chyna's petition by writing, "After 10 years...no, stick to your schedule from Saturday to Monday," on Instagram.

Chyna and Tyga began dating in 2011 and became engaged the following year after their son, King, was born in October 2012. After their breakup in 2014, Tyga started a relationship with Kylie Jenner, which lasted until 2017. Chyna, on the other hand, dated Kardashian from 2016 to 2017.
