Are 'DWTS' Judge Derek Hough's Comments Hinting at a Romantic Spark Between Harry Jowsey and Rylee Arnold?

During Dancing With the Stars Motown Night, there were numerous surprises, including the potential development of a romantic relationship. Derek Hough added fuel to the rumors by praising contestant Harry Jowsey and pro partner Rylee Arnold's captivating foxtrot performance, set to the tune of "Easy" by the Commodores. Their dance earned a score of 24 out of 40 during the episode that aired on Tuesday, October 10.

“Y’all are so cute together,” Hough, 38, told the pair. “I love the chemistry.”

Fellow judge Bruno Tonioli also weighed in on how well Jowsey, 26, and Arnold, 18, mesh on the dance floor.

He complimented their dedication to their daughter, remarking on how beautifully they cared for her.

Speculation about a possible romance arose when Josey and Arnold were seen holding hands at Tate McRae's concert in Los Angeles on October 4. Since then, the two of them have responded to the video, keeping quiet about their current relationship status.

"That video does appear quite intense, but we were backed into a difficult situation. We were attempting to leave that concert," Jowsey shared with Page Six following their performance on Tuesday. "However, I am uncertain. Our main focus is on the dance and simply relishing the time we spend together. If something transpires, it happens."

When inquired about whether the concert constituted a date, Arnold clarified that it was simply a social gathering with a group, stating, "I'm unsure."

Jowsey stated that it would be unfair to add more pressure on Arnold regarding their potential romance, especially since it is her first season as a professional in the DWTS ballroom. He emphasized that any behind-the-scenes matters will remain private, and their main focus is on improving their dancing skills, despite various wild theories.

Since making his debut on DWTS in September, Jowsey has shown continuous progression each week. (He initially received a score of 12 out of 30 during the premiere of season 32, but raised the bar for Latin Night where he scored 15 out of 30.)

"She is consistently in good spirits and brings positivity to my life. Whenever I feel down or overwhelmed, she knows how to uplift me and has a knack for providing guidance in difficult times. She is everything I could have ever hoped for in a person.

In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, he further expressed his admiration for their relationship. He mentioned his desire to maintain an air of intrigue in their partnership with Arnold, stating that they simply enjoy each other's company and have a deep love for one another. Overall, their connection has been wonderful."
