Despite not having engaged in a direct fight with Fujitora yet, much like Ryokugyu, it is still unclear how powerful Luffy truly is. However, it is worth noting that Shanks was able to easily overpower the latter Admiral with minimal effort. If Luffy hopes to become the Pirate King, he will need to surpass Shanks. With further mastery of Gear 5 and more proficiency in his use of Conqueror's Haki-infused attacks, Luffy should be able to defeat both Admirals by the end of the story.
Akainu, now Fleet Admiral Sakazuki, is known for his incredibly offensive power, surpassing both Aokiji and Kizaru. His Magu Magu no Mi infused attacks are capable of destroying virtually anything in their path, making him a formidable opponent even for someone like Luffy who can withstand Kaido's Blast Breath attacks. Sakazuki's proficiency in all three types of Haki has yet to be shown, but his mastery of Haki might be the only difference between him and Luffy. It's highly likely that a match-up between the two is on the cards, especially since Sakazuki was responsible for Ace's death. This battle would be a fitting resolution to the traumatic experiences Luffy endured at Marineford and to showcase how far he has come from feeling completely helpless while watching his sworn brother die before his eyes.
In conclusion, while Luffy may have a good chance of winning in one-on-one fights against current and former Admirals, with the exception of Sakazuki, it is difficult to predict the outcome of battles involving two or more of them due to the many variables at play.
