Uncovering the Igashuk Shrine: A Challenging Maze in Zelda's Tears of the Kingdom

Within the vast world of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players will come across three labyrinths that are located on the outskirts of the kingdom. These mazes hold great secrets and challenges for players to overcome. One of the most elusive shrines, the Igashuk Shrine, is hidden within the flooded Lomei Labyrinth Island, which is located in one of the farthest corners of Hyrule.

Located off the northeast coast of Akkala, within Tears of the Kingdom, lies the Igashuk Shrine nestled on Lomei Labyrinth Island. To gain access to the island's maze, players can track down the entrance at coordinates 4655, 3554, 0089, and spot the nearby camp of a Zonai researcher.

To reach Lomei Labyrinth Island, players can easily fast travel to the Jochi-iu Shrine and head north towards the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab atop the hill. However, players should remain vigilant of any suspicious activity from the Yiga Clan who have established a presence on this side of the mountain.

Players will be able to see the island from the top of the hill and can easily glide or fly across the water to the entrance.

Igashuk Shrine Walkthrough

Navigating through the waterlogged maze is essential to reach the Igashuk Shrine, which is concealed within. Players can take solace in the fact that a researcher has already braved through the labyrinth and left a trail of acorns and nuts, marking the path to the shrine.

Along the highlighted path above, players are guaranteed to reach the end of the labyrinth. Although there are shorter routes available, the researcher's trail is the most reliable. While traveling, Link should be careful of several pockets of deep water, but other than that, the path is safe from any potential dangers.

For those looking to navigate the labyrinth at a faster pace, a shortcut is available. Head to the highest point of the structure and locate the star marking on the map above. From there, drop down to the coordinates 4626, 3687, 0089 directly below and follow the researcher's trail to the end.

At the end of the path, adventurers will ascend a glowing ladder and arrive at the heart of the labyrinth. Here, they will discover the Igashuk Shrine, positioned across from a Zonai stone terminal that, once activated, triggers the "The Lomei Labyrinth Island Prophecy" side quest.

Inside the shrine, Rauru's Blessing awaits, along with a valuable Large Zonai Charge located in a chest. Claim both rewards, including the free Light of Blessing, to successfully conquer Tears of the Kingdom's Igashuk Shrine.
