Players in Lords of the Fallen can create a range of characters, each with their own unique themes. Among these are fast and agile types who specialize in hit-and-run tactics, thanks to their high Agility scores.
Investing in Agility requires a focus on using lightweight weapons that have a greater ability to quickly inflict status effects compared to other options in the game's arsenal. This guide outlines how to create an Agility build early on in the game, utilizing weapons that scale exceptionally well during the middle stages of the campaign, along with alternative options for the end-game.

This build leverages the Exiled Stalker starting class due to its exceptional Agility attribute. Minimal investment is needed to make this build effective, but it excels at demolishing early-game bosses by inflicting devastating Bleed and Poison effects. Below is an example of the equipment and statistics for a Level 37 character utilizing this build:

Hallowed Praise and Hallowed Condemnation can be obtained early in the game (Pilgrim's Perch and Abandoned Redcopse, respectively). When used together, these weapons quickly build up Bleed damage and increase vulnerability to Physical damage, rather than causing damage over time. Bleed and Poison are closely connected through the Bloodbane Ring, found in the Forsaken Fen, which enhances Bleed infliction when Poison Weapon is active. Additionally, the Pendant of Burden, discovered in the Umbral side of the Forsaken Fen, further enhances damage.
When both Poison and Bleeding are activated, targets will suffer from increased damage from regular sword strikes, as well as continuous damage over time. This deadly combination can rapidly deplete enemies' health bars. The video above showcases the usage of Level 0 Hallowed Praise and Rusty Cutter infused with Poison Salts against Gentle Gaverus, a boss known for its resistance against physical slashing and piercing attacks.
The damage-per-hit of this build may not match that of the Dark Crusader Paladin, but overall, the DPS will remain relatively similar as long as players consistently hit their targets. A significant portion of the damage depends on status effect procs, which requires players to be aggressive and actively trigger them.
It is advisable for players to prioritize reaching a minimum of 25 Agility early on in order to maximize the initial damage of both Hallowed swords. From this point, players have the option to further invest in Agility and maintain the Bleed/Poison setup, or explore other elemental builds by investing in Radiance and Inferno to utilize abilities such as Wither, Smite, and Burning.
Here are some more recommended weapons based on damage/status effect type:
Bloodlust - Physical/Fire damage; Burn/Bleed ailments
Right-hand Bringer of Stillness Sword - Physical/Wither damage
Left-hand Bringer of Stillness Sword - Physical damage; Frostbite ailment
Bloodletter Fists - Physical/Holy damage; Bleed ailment
Neophyte Daggers - Physical/Wither damage
Non-magic users have the option of utilizing throwing weapons instead. This build is well-served by the Lacerating Knife, Bloody Hatcher, and Poisoned Javelin, all of which are excellent ranged choices.
Lords of the Fallen is currently accessible on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
