Romantic Rivalry Unleashed: Craig Conover and Metul Shah's Guys' Trip Captivates Headlines!

Content: Bravo cameras missed out on capturing Craig Conover's recent guys' trip, where he had a reunion with Metul Shah, Naomie Olindo's exes. A mutual friend shared a series of photos on Monday, July 3, via Instagram, featuring Craig and Metul enjoying a lake outing with their friends.

Conover and Olindo ended their relationship in 2017 after being together for three years. She subsequently moved on with Shah, who was discovered to have cheated on her in 2021. Following their breakup due to the scandal, Conover sarcastically criticized their past relationship.

"She appears to be genuinely content [now]. In a peculiar manner, I believe she feels a sense of relief," he stated during his appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in October 2021. "Returning to Charleston has brought her joy, and it seems that everything has unfolded for a purpose. I don't believe she was particularly happy in her previous relationship, but now she relishes the opportunity to live life on her own terms."

Subsequently, Southern Charm enthusiasts discovered that Conover and Olindo had a romantic encounter in Las Vegas during the summer of 2021, prior to his official relationship with Paige DeSorbo.

"It was a situation where time and circumstances aligned. I knew you, I had trust in you, and we were both recently single," Olindo later explained about briefly reconnecting with Conover. "However, it was never about reconciling or getting back together. It was simply seeking comfort temporarily." She also mentioned that her breakup with Shah taught her valuable lessons.

“I believe the key takeaway was to maintain a strong sense of individuality and not compromise my true self in a relationship. Given my personality traits, I have a tendency to adjust my behavior to meet the expectations of others and consequently lose touch with my genuine, authentic self,” Olindo expressed. “This is a common struggle faced by many individuals.”

As the aftermath of Conover and Olindo’s hookup played out on season 8 of the Bravo show, the twosome struggled to get along.

He stated in October 2022 that it would not be accurate to see us film again as we are no longer in each other's lives," he informed Us regarding his relationship status with Olindo.

She concurred, stating that they rarely see each other. The sole reason they maintain any communication is due to the show. Hence, she affirmed that his statement is indeed accurate.

While Conover will appear on the upcoming ninth season of Southern Charm, news broke in January that Olindo opted not to return.
