Taylor Ann Green spoke out about her brother Worth’s passing, one week after her family confirmed his death.

"We will forever cherish Worth's incredible personality, the profound influence he had on all of us," expressed the Southern Charm celebrity, aged 28, on her Instagram post dated Monday, June 19. She further added, "Your playful nature, warm embraces, and contagious laughter will be deeply missed."

Green shared her deep admiration for Worth's unwavering devotion towards his loved ones, including an extensive circle of friends, his girlfriend, and his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.

She fondly recalled her deceased sibling as someone who had left at the peak of their achievements and expressed the anticipation of Worth's loved ones to reunite with them one day. Continuing her heartfelt tribute, the TV personality cited Grouch Marx's famous quote, "Blessed are the cracked, for they are the ones who let light in."

After Worth's passing, Green shared that he had been preparing to start a new charitable endeavor called Terra Firma with their father. In light of this, she requested her followers to make donations in Worth's honor to terrafirmafloors.com instead of sending flowers. Taylor's emotional message followed the announcement of Worth's death by her sister, Catie King, on June 12. Worth, who had just celebrated his birthday, tragically passed away at the age of 36 on June 8.

Taylor did not initially respond to the loss of her family, but her loved ones released a public statement in the following week.

"He departed this world while at the pinnacle of his success, filled with a profound zest for life and a genuine concern for those he held dear," the family shared with People on June 14th. "We will deeply miss his infectious joviality and the immense love and laughter he showered upon his family, girlfriend, and numerous friends."

The family's statement went on: "We are shattered beyond words, but we find solace in the knowledge that he now rests in the embrace of our Heavenly Father. During this period, we respectfully request privacy."

Taylor’s former partner and fellow cast member on the reality show Southern Charm, Shep Rose, wasted no time in expressing his support for the Green family. In response to King's initial post, he commented, "Truly one-of-a-kind. It has been a pleasure to know and share laughter with you. ❤️"

Back in July 2022, we received confirmation that Shep, aged 42, and Taylor had ended their two-year-long relationship.

"I will forever be in love with her. The distinction between being in love and loving someone doesn't matter to me. I simply love her, and that's all that matters," the former RelationShep star shared exclusively with Us at BravoCon in October 2022. "I will always support her and do whatever it takes to ensure her happiness."

Regrettably, Taylor is not the sole Southern Charm cast member who has experienced the loss of a sibling. Olivia Flowers, her fellow castmate, recently grieved the passing of her brother, Connor Flowers, in February. He was 32 years old.

"Conner, a remarkable individual, possessed an extraordinary ability to empathize and care for others, which effortlessly endeared him to people from all walks of life. His core principles were deeply rooted in his faith and nurtured by his family," expressed Flowers' family in a statement. "We are aware that his absence will be profoundly felt by numerous individuals for an extended period of time. During this period of mourning, we kindly request privacy as we cope with the immense loss of our beloved son and brother."
