Christine Quinn's estranged husband, Christian Richard, was denied his request for a restraining order amid their divorce.

Quinn, who is 35 years old, and Richard, who is 44, both filed for restraining orders against each other after an alleged domestic violence incident in March. The Selling Sunset star's request was approved last month, but Richard's request was turned down on Wednesday, April 17.

Quinn’s attorney shared a statement following the court hearing, expressing satisfaction with the dismissal of Christian’s unfounded request for a DVRO against Christine. All of his requests were once again denied. The Court also extended Christine’s Temporary Restraining Order safeguarding her and her son from Christian until May 14, 2024. The attorney mentioned looking forward to the next hearing to secure a permanent restraining order.

The hearing for the couple was rescheduled because Quinn was unable to serve Richard with the court-ordered restraining order. In previous documents, Quinn mentioned being informed by a man removing Richard’s belongings from their shared home that Richard was currently out of the country.

Quinn has a restraining order against Richard, which prohibits him from coming within 100 yards of her, her home, her vehicle, her job, or their child's school or childcare. However, since the paperwork has not been served, these orders cannot be enforced at the moment. She has until May 9 to serve Richard with the order.

In March, Quinn and Richard's marital problems made headlines when he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. A temporary restraining order was issued after the incident. Richard was arrested again for violating the order when he went back to their home.
