Christine Quinn is in a hurry to get her restraining order request approved. Her estranged husband, Christian Richard, has not been responding to her, so she wants to speed up the process.
The 35-year-old Selling Sunset star filed a request on Monday, April 22, asking for her court motion to be served to Richard in a different way. She mentioned in court documents that her 44-year-old husband has been avoiding being found.
Quinn asked for permission to serve the petitioner in a different way because the petitioner has been avoiding being served with the domestic violence restraining order documents, according to her request.
In March, Quinn filed for a temporary restraining order against Richard after a reported domestic incident. She also stated that Richard was able to evade being served with the order because there was a two-day delay in granting her TRO, giving him enough time to avoid it.
Quinn claims that Richard has not been served with the TRO, which could lead to him violating it without facing consequences. The TRO prohibits Richard from contacting their son, Christian, and from staying at their home.
In addition, Quinn is requesting to prevent Richard and his associates from entering their Los Angeles property. She also wants to serve the TRO through her attorney, as Richard's whereabouts are unknown and his associates have refused to provide this information to Quinn.
Richard has not publicly addressed Quinn’s claims. Us has reached out for comment but did not hear back by the time of publication.

Richard, according to Quinn, was last seen in public on March 27. It is believed that he is currently hiding out at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, where he is staying under an alias.
Quinn claimed in the documents that due to concerns about their public image, both he and she have taken extra security measures when staying at hotels before. This includes using fake names during check-in or booking multiple rooms to avoid being easily identified. She suspects that Christian might be using similar tactics or even paying off the hotel staff to hide his whereabouts.
The reality TV star mentioned that she last saw Richard on March 20, right before she left following his arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. Since then, she has been attempting to collaborate with a process server to serve the temporary restraining order, but has not been successful so far.
Quinn expressed gratitude for being granted protection but was worried that the person would try to avoid being served. With the help of her lawyer, she hired a private investigator to ensure prompt service, even though she was concerned about locating the individual.
After attempting to seek assistance from Richard's counsel, Quinn faced obstacles in gaining access. She alleged that one of Richard's attorneys had physically blocked her from entering her home at one point.
In the court documents, she stated that as she approached the property, Mr. Villicana insisted he was hired to surveil and occupy the property by [Christian], despite the TRO. The confrontation with Mr. Villicana lasted around seven minutes and became more intense. Luckily, her two employees arrived to help. Mr. Villicana made threatening remarks such as 'I will be seeing you again' and 'I'm not going anywhere.'
She also alleged in the court papers that the house was deliberately left in a hazardous and filthy condition by the attorney. Additionally, the attorney allegedly took her cappuccino maker to give to Richard.
The couple had a fight in March, where Quinn expressed her unhappiness with the marriage. During the argument, Richard threw a bag of glass, which accidentally hit their 3-year-old son, Christian. Richard was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and taken into custody in his bathrobe. He was released the next day.
Following the incident, Quinn filed for a temporary restraining order (TRO) which was granted. When Richard came back home, he violated the order and was arrested again. He was released on a $30,000 bail a few hours later.
Weeks later, Us confirmed that Richard filed for divorce on April 5 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Quinn has not responded to his motion.
