Christine Quinn Seeks Full Custody Alleging Ex Christian Richard Endangered Son's Wellbeing

Former 'Selling Sunset' star Christine Quinn seeks full custody of her 2-year-old son, citing concerns about husband Christian Richard's impact on their child's safety and wellbeing.

Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn is asking for full custody of her son, Christian Georges, amidst her ongoing divorce from Christian Richard.

According to court papers obtained on Tuesday, April 16, Quinn, aged 35, is requesting sole legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son. She claims that Richard's actions have jeopardized their son's health and safety.

Quinn, who was granted a temporary restraining order against Richard earlier this month, mentioned in the documents that she does not approve of any visitation for their son. She also stated that Richard changed the gate code to their home, even though she has access to it according to the restraining order.

In the documents, Quinn claimed that Richard denied her access to the home Wi-Fi account, gate access, and even the air conditioning unit. She mentioned that he changed all the login passwords and codes, making it impossible for her and their son to live there.

Court documents obtained by Us on Tuesday revealed that Richard has been accused of committing acts of child abuse and endangerment against their son, resulting in physical injuries. Quinn also stated that she experienced domestic violence at the hands of Richard during their marriage.

The marital issues between Quinn and Richard became public on March 20 when Richard was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after a domestic incident. A temporary restraining order was issued, but Richard violated it by returning to their home and was subsequently taken into custody the next day.

Richard filed for divorce from Quinn on April 5, ending their two-year marriage due to "irreconcilable differences." He also asked for full legal and physical custody of their son, with Quinn having visitation rights.

Before Richard filed for divorce, a source revealed that Quinn had been considering leaving the marriage. The insider shared that Quinn was planning to file for divorce herself.

Quinn was said to have felt controlled by Richard in their relationship. According to a source, Richard did not like that Quinn's brand focused on sex appeal. Quinn had to lie about her partnerships and photoshoots to avoid upsetting Richard. This made Quinn feel unsafe for a while.

The source shared that Christine has been in distress for several months due to the toxic situation. Both parties have restraining orders and are not in agreement on plans for their son, indicating a long and messy road ahead for them.
