RHOP's Ashley Darby Spills the Tea on the Housewife She Doesn’t Click With and Reflects on Her Most Dramatic TV Moment

The Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby spills all the Housewives tea with We, discussing everything from her messiest moment to the Housewife that didn't sit well with her.

Ashley, aged 35, has been causing drama on RHOP since its debut in 2016. She currently stars alongside Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon, Karen Huger, Candiace Dillard Bassett, Wendy Osefo, Mia Thornton, and newcomer Nneka Ihim. When asked about trading one of her costars for a Housewife from another franchise, Ashley suggests swapping Candiace, aged 36, for Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Whitney Rose.

Ashley exclusively shared with Us that Whitney, 37, is someone she vibes with. The latest episode of the "Housewives Happy Hour" series revealed that they have similar parenting philosophies. "I really enjoy it. We have a lot in common."

Ashley's connections with Bravo also reach Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. "I have so much love for her," Darby expressed to Us. "Every time I see her, it feels like seeing a part of my own family."

Teresa, aged 51, has been providing valuable support to Ashley during a challenging period of her life. In April 2022, it was reported that Ashley had separated from her husband Michael Darby after being married for eight years. Since their split, the former couple has been engaging in "parallel parenting" for their two sons. Speaking about Teresa, Ashley expressed her gratitude for her unwavering support. Teresa regularly checks in on her and even expressed intentions of playing matchmaker by introducing Ashley to someone special, a gesture that Ashley greatly appreciates.

Despite becoming close friends, there are certain Housewives whom she does not get along with, such as Adriana de Moura from the Real Housewives of Miami. During a panel at BravoCon 2023, Adriana claimed to have made out with Captain Jason, a fan-favorite from Below Deck. Ashley, however, vehemently denied this alleged hookup. "I'm not feeling a connection with her. I dislike that," she expressed to Us. "When I watched the first season of RHOM, she was the only person that I thought I could potentially be friends with. As it turns out, that's not the case."

Ashley receives her fair share of tea related to RHOP from Gizelle, 53, who is known to "stir up the most drama" on the show. According to Ashley, Gizelle is an unlimited source of information, as people confide in her and she then shares some of it with Ashley.

Ashley Darby, Gizelle Bryant, and Jenny Kim are well-known personalities from Bravo's show RHOP. Throughout her time on the show, Ashley has been part of several dramatic incidents. Among them, her most famous scene is the "Pizzagate" from season 3. However, her messiest moment occurred when she made claims on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, suggesting that Karen, who is 60 years old, was engaging in intimate behavior with someone in a pizza shop.

Nneka, aged 36, is poised to give Karen a run for her money and claim the coveted title of the "Grande Dame" in Season 8 of the Bravo series. Ashley enthusiastically describes Nneka as "refreshing," highlighting her humor, wit, intelligence, and impeccable fashion sense.
