"It's important for women to feel empowered to take action when they feel their safety is at risk."

Josephs, 53, echoed Fuda's sentiments, telling Us that she supports Reiser’s decision to obtain a restraining order.

“I think it’s important for all women to know that they have the right to protect themselves and feel safe,” Josephs said. “If someone feels threatened or unsafe, they should not hesitate to take action and do what they need to do to protect themselves.”

According to Reiser's attorney, Douglas Anton, Ruelas supposedly hired an undercover plant through Richard 'Bo' Dietl's private investigation company to stalk and harass Reiser. The plant was allegedly instructed to pose as a patient seeking therapy from Reiser, under false pretenses, in an attempt to intimidate her. Reiser is a licensed therapist who specializes in narcissistic abuse. Considering Ruelas and Dietl's past history and friendship, Fuda expressed that she isn't shocked Reiser was able to identify the fake patient as someone who worked for Dietl's firm.

Josephs, aged 56, expressed her opinion by stating that Bo Dietl's admission of having worked for Luis is quite revealing. She further added that the situation is quite unfortunate and pathetic. When approached for a comment, Ruelas did not respond immediately. Dietl, on the other hand, had previously denied being hired by the Bravo personality to investigate Giudice's RHONJ costars. He recently stated that any hiring of a private investigator should be kept confidential.

Dietl declined to comment on whether Ruelas had hired them for private investigations, citing confidentiality. Anton urged Ruelas to take responsibility for his actions, protect the credibility of his friend as a private investigator, and provide a legal explanation for his behavior through his lawyer.

“I will discuss it with my client and, if the solution seems reasonable to her and alleviates her concerns about harassment and intimidation, I may recommend dismissing the TRO. This would ensure a peaceful conclusion for all parties involved,” he stated. Prior to the restraining order, Ruelas and Digital Media Solutions were already facing a harassment lawsuit filed by Juanita Williams who claimed to have received multiple telemarketing calls despite being registered on the "Do Not Call" list.

Upon answering a call in September 2022, Williams was directed to an insurance agent who claimed that the company had generated her number as a potential sales lead. She is seeking $1,500 per phone call. Ruelas and Giudice did not respond to the lawsuit or Us’ request for comment.
