Exclusive: Caroline Manzo Drops Bombshell Revealing Real Reason Danielle Cabral Unfollowed Her on RHONJ!

Caroline Manzo recently discussed her connection with Danielle Cabral, the new star of Real Housewives of New Jersey. During an interview on SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live, Manzo, 61, revealed that she considers Cabral to be a distant relative. She explained that Cabral is her brother's daughter from his previous marriage, as her brother's ex-wife remarried and had children with her new husband. Manzo also mentioned that she played a role in Cabral joining the RHONJ cast, as she had a conversation with Andy Cohen about her.

Manzo revealed that she and Cabral, aged 37, had very limited contact, only seeing each other at family gatherings. However, despite this, Manzo still provided assistance to Cabral in getting onto the Bravo show. However, Manzo has now cut off all communication with Cabral.

"She initially came to me when they were considering her for the show. She reached out to both myself and my daughter, Lauren, asking for advice on what to expect. I was completely honest with her," explained Manzo, who left RHONJ after season 5. "But after she got the gig, she unfollowed all of us - including my niece - and never showed any gratitude or thanks. It was strange."

Despite Cabral's decision to unfollow her, Manzo expressed no animosity towards Cabral. She expressed her happiness that Cabral is pursuing her dreams of being in the public eye and wishes her all the best in her endeavors.

Cabral became a member of the RHONJ cast during the thirteenth season's premiere in February. Prior to her debut, she expressed her open-mindedness towards everyone and her desire to foster friendships with the entire group. Cabral believes that starting with a clean slate is essential and prefers to approach others without any preconceived notions or judgments. She values the opportunity to genuinely get to know her fellow cast members and build genuine connections.

During the season, Cabral found herself caught up in drama when she learned about Melissa Gorga allegedly cheating on her husband, Joe Gorga. In a May episode, Cabral disclosed that she had initially considered informing Melissa about the rumor, but ultimately decided against it due to Teresa Giudice's bridal shower.

"I don't want to accept it," Cabral explained to Us in May. "I don't want to be responsible for damaging anyone's marriage. I don't want to believe that Melissa and Joe are facing any marital issues, but I do trust this girl, Laura. She is coming forward with specific dates and times."

Melissa and Joe, meanwhile, denied the rumor. Cabral is expected to return for season 14 of RHONJ, which reportedly begins filming this month.
