Princess Kate looked stunning in a blue ensemble at the coronation celebration of King Charles in Scotland on July 5th. The 41-year-old Princess of Wales wore a coat dress by Catherine Walker & Co for the National Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication at St. Giles' Cathedral, which commemorated Charles and Queen Camilla's crowning on May 6th.
Kate looked stunning in her vibrant ensemble, complete with a luxurious velvet collar and a perfectly tailored silhouette. The U.K. native effortlessly styled the outfit, which she had previously donned for an Easter church service at St. George’s Chapel on April 9. She added a touch of elegance with cobalt pumps, a Philip Treacy fascinator, and a pair of pearl-drop earrings that once belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana. To complete her regal look, Kate adorned herself with Queen Elizabeth II’s exquisite Four Row Japanese Pearl Choker.
The necklace was initially worn by the Duchess of Cambridge at Prince Philip's funeral in April 2021 and was once again adorned by her at Elizabeth's funeral in September 2022.
Kate joined her husband, Prince William, at the Wednesday event. Prince William wore his Royal Air Force uniform, complete with the Garter Sash and medals representing various jubilees and his father's coronation. Meanwhile, Kate was dressed in a stunning ivory Alexander McQueen gown adorned with embroidered roses, thistles, daffodils, and shamrocks. She also wore formal red and blue robes of the Royal Victorian Order, topped off with a silver headpiece by Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen. Their daughter, Princess Charlotte, emulated her mother's style with a matching accessory and an elegant updo.

George played a significant role in his grandfather's momentous day, being one of four Pages of Honor during the procession through Westminster Abbey in London. Clad in a striking red coat and black trousers, he walked behind Charles, aged 74, dutifully holding onto the train of an elegant robe as they made their way towards the Chair of State.
As the second in line to the British throne, George's involvement in Charles' coronation marked him as the youngest future monarch to have a formal role in such a ceremony. (Charles himself was only 4 years old when his late mother was crowned in 1953 and did not hold an official role in the celebrations.)
