Princess Kate and Prince William shared a rare moment of PDA while in attendance at King Charles III’s coronation celebration in Scotland.

The couple attended St. Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh on Wednesday, July 5, to celebrate the crowning of Charles, 74, and Queen Camilla. During the church service, the Princess of Wales, 41, playfully tapped her husband on the backside and whispered in his ear.

Kate and William, 41, also had a sweet moment of public display of affection at the 76th British Academy Film Awards earlier this year. While walking the red carpet in February, Kate couldn't help but smile as she playfully swatted William's butt.

Two months later, the Prince of Wales praised his wife, Kate, while speaking to a fan in Birmingham, England, stating that to him, she always appears absolutely stunning.

William and Kate first connected during their time as history students at the University of St Andrews in Scotland back in 2001. They began dating not long after that, although they did have a brief hiatus in 2007. However, they managed to rekindle their romance and eventually got engaged. In 2011, they officially tied the knot.

After getting married, William and Kate expanded their family, welcoming Prince George in 2013, Princess Charlotte in 2015, and Prince Louis in 2018. In 2021, they celebrated ten years of marriage with a special photoshoot that showcased their life at home.

Photographer Chris Floyd later discussed capturing the unique moment, revealing that William and Kate were just like any other married couple who clearly enjoyed each other's company and were genuinely happy together. Floyd noted the strong connection he witnessed between them during their April 2021 shoot, advising them to simply be themselves and ignore his presence because they didn't need any guidance on how to be with each other.

He stated, "I truly felt welcome in their home, as if it were mine. By the time I departed that day, I had formed a deep connection with them, as if we had known each other for ages. The experience was like a whirlwind, yet the actual shoot day felt like an ordinary one. While their house was more majestic than most, the visit felt no different than going to someone else's home."
