Pete Davidson found a subtle way to include his girlfriend, Madelyn Cline, in his new Netflix special, Turbo Fonzarelli.
During the end credits, Davidson, 30, included a montage of photos featuring himself with different friends and family members. Among the recognizable faces were his friends Machine Gun Kelly and John Mulaney, as well as Cline, 26, who could be spotted briefly in one picture, wearing a hoodie and puffer jacket while seated on a private plane with another one of Davidson’s friends.
Although Davidson was not in the photo, it marked the first public acknowledgment of his relationship with Cline. The news of their romance was first reported by us in September 2023.
Madelyn and Pete have been seeing each other for a few weeks and became close quite fast, according to an exclusive source for Us. The source mentioned that Davidson and Cline wanted to keep their relationship discreet for as long as they could.
The insider revealed that Davidson and Cline share many similar interests. "Pete adores Madelyn's dry sense of humor, which he finds endearing because he's the same way," the source shared with Us. "They are grateful for their loyal group of friends, as they have spent time with various people at different events and their romance has not been leaked to the public."

The approval from Davidson's family was also an important milestone for Cline. "[Madelyn and Pete] had wanted to keep things low-key for a bit, especially since Madelyn is quite private. But they've grown close in a short amount of time after spending a lot of time together.}}"
Prior to Davidson and Cline's relationship, there was speculation in July 2023 that the Outer Banks star had ended things with Jackson Guthy after fans noticed that she unfollowed the musician and deleted all traces of him from her Instagram.
Cline had previously been in a relationship with costar Chase Stokes, and their romance sparked while working together on the Netflix series in 2019. After their split in 2021, Cline shared the lessons she had learned about dating in the public eye.

"I value my privacy a lot. There's a part of me that I keep to myself. Looking back, it was a mistake to make my relationship public, because it invited unwanted opinions and scrutiny from others," she told Cosmopolitan in February 2023. "While going through the breakup, I realized the negative impact of letting people into my personal life and then feeling trapped. It was a wake-up call. My priority was for both of us to move on and find happiness. People tend to take sides in breakups, but there's no winning or losing.
On the other hand, Davidson has been romantically linked to Ariana Grande, Phoebe Dynevor, Kim Kardashian, Emily Ratajkowski, and other A-list stars. His relationship with 'Bodies, Bodies, Bodies' costar Chase Sui Wonders ended in August 2023, after less than a year of dating."
