Comedian Pete Davidson's Wild Car Crash Sends Shockwaves Through Beverly Hills

Pete Davidson, the 29-year-old former cast member of Saturday Night Live, has recently been charged with reckless driving. This comes after he crashed his car into a residence in Beverly Hills back in March. The incident took place three months ago, and now he is facing one count of reckless driving. Davidson is set to appear in court for his arraignment on July 27.

Mr. Davidson's involvement in a serious collision into a home is believed to be the result of his reckless driving, according to the statement from the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. Fortunately, no serious injuries occurred as a result of the collision. However, the office expressed concern over the alarming trend of increasing traffic fatalities in Los Angeles in 2022, which is the highest it has been in 20 years. This emphasizes the importance of taking allegations of reckless driving seriously and holding those responsible accountable. Earlier this year, TMZ reported that Davidson lost control of his vehicle in the Flats neighborhood of Beverly Hills while driving with his girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders. The car jumped the curb, destroyed a fire hydrant, and crashed into the side of a nearby home, leaving skid marks on the owner's lawn. Police responded to the scene and initiated an investigation. At the time, Davidson was not arrested, and authorities did not suspect drugs or alcohol to be factors in the incident.

“The house has suffered severe structural damage,” the homeowner exclusively informed us after the accident, mentioning that Davidson’s Mercedes was completely destroyed. “It was a highly dramatic scene.”

According to the property owner, his 16-year-old daughter was the only person at home during the incident, which took place around 11:30 p.m. He mentioned that no one, including Pete Davidson and Chase Sui Wonders, who are both 27 years old, suffered any physical injuries from the crash. The owner emphasized that the most important thing for him is that they are okay and expressed concerns about the safety of the house.

After the breakup, Davidson and Wonders decided to keep their relationship low-key. They didn't publicly disclose the reason for their split or share any details about it with the homeowner or his daughter. The homeowner mentioned that his daughter was in a state of shock and didn't inquire much about the incident. Davidson and Wonders simply provided their phone number and mentioned that their manager would handle the situation. Subsequently, a car arrived to pick them up from the scene.

Davidson and Wonders were seen going on several dates after his breakup with Ratajkowski. They were spotted having lunch in New York City and enjoying a romantic vacation in Hawaii. In June, a source revealed that Davidson is extremely happy with Wonders and that their relationship is becoming more serious.
