Chapter 1100 of One Piece opens with Kizaru disclosing to Dr. Vegapunk that the spy Transponder Snails in his new lab enabled the Gorosei to discover the arrangement he had with Kuma. However, Saint Jaygarcia Saturn stipulated that he would only fulfill the deal under three conditions.
