Tristan Thompson has been ordered by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to pay Maralee Nichols $57,916 in child support. According to court documents obtained by The Sun, Thompson allegedly missed several payments between September 2023 and January 2024.

Thompson and Nichols have not publicly discussed the legal situation or provided any updates on the NBA star's child support payments. They have a son named Theo, who is 2 years old and was born in December 2021. Before Theo's birth, it was revealed that Thompson was the father when Nichols filed for child support. Initially, Thompson denied the claims, but a paternity test later confirmed the truth.

Thompson and Khloé Kardashian were in a relationship when they decided to have a second child through a surrogate. Their son Tatum was born in July 2022. Thompson also has a daughter, True, who is 6 years old with Kardashian, and a son, Prince, who is 7 years old with his ex-partner Jordan Craig.

Kardashian was unaware of Thompson's past with Nichols until the fall of 2021, when she finally ended her relationship with the Cleveland Cavaliers player.

After Nichols gave birth to Theo, she once again asked Thompson for support. In August 2022, it was confirmed that Thompson had been providing financial assistance to Nichols. Thompson's lawyer stated that he has been paying child support to Nichols retroactively from the time she had the baby.

Thompson has faced accusations of not meeting his child support obligations before. In October 2023, Craig's sister claimed that Thompson had not been paying child support for Prince, his firstborn, and was neglecting his responsibilities. Thompson has not publicly responded to these allegations.

Thompson is now looking after his younger brother Amari, who has epilepsy, since their mother passed away in January 2023. To help with construction problems, Thompson and 18-year-old Amari temporarily stayed with Kardashian, True, and Tatum full-time.

Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian have been facing some challenges with Tristan's home renovations. According to Khloe, Tristan's house is currently under construction and he was living there during the renovations. However, due to extreme weather conditions in California, including heavy rain, Tristan's roof caved in and caused flooding. As a result, Tristan and his son Amari are now staying at Khloe's house until his home is fixed.

Kardashian emphasized that God has a plan and does not want Thompson to be alone. She believes that family is there to support each other when things get tough, and considers Tristan and herself as family who will be there for each other for life.

Even though Kardashian is co-parenting with Thompson, she has made it clear that she has no intention of getting back into a romantic relationship with him.
