Tristan Thompson has been ordered by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to pay Maralee Nichols $57,916 in child support. According to court documents obtained by The Sun, Thompson allegedly missed several payments between September 2023 and January 2024.

Thompson and Nichols have not publicly discussed the legal situation or provided any updates on the NBA star's child support payments. They have a son named Theo, who is 2 years old and was born in December 2021. Before Theo's birth, it was revealed that Thompson was the father when Nichols filed for child support. Initially, Thompson denied the claims, but a paternity test later confirmed the truth.

Thompson and Khloé Kardashian were in a relationship when they decided to have a second child through a surrogate. Their son Tatum was born in July 2022. Thompson also has a daughter, True, who is 6 years old with Kardashian, and a son, Prince, who is 7 years old with his ex-partner Jordan Craig.
