Ryokugyu showed off against two already weakened opponents

In the One Piece anime, Aramaki "Ryokugyu" was featured in episode 1080 titled "A Celebration Banquet! The New Emperors of the Sea!" In this episode, Ryokugyu made a grand entrance at Udon's prisoner mine. He effortlessly defeated the Beasts Pirates goons who attempted to obstruct him, skewering them on the spiky branches that he conjured using his Woods-Woods Fruit power.

He then came face to face with King and Queen, effortlessly overpowering them. He swiftly impaled Queen, extracting every last drop from her body. Following a short altercation, Ryokugyu managed to apprehend King, securely binding him with wooden vines.

Ryogoku unquestionably displayed overwhelming superiority over King and Queen. He swiftly defeated the second and third most formidable members of the Beasts Pirates without exerting much effort in the battle. Nonetheless, it was evident that King and Queen were already weakened as they hadn't fully recovered from the injuries inflicted upon them by Zoro and Sanji, respectively.

How would a Ryokugyu vs a healthy King and Queen battle play out?

The manga reveals that Luffy, Zoro, and the rest of the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance remain in a weakened state following their intense battles. They require additional time to fully recover and regain their optimal strength.

It goes without saying that if the victors were still fatigued and impaired even days after the Onigashima Raid, it naturally means that the defeated, who suffered serious injuries, were considerably weakened to a greater degree.

One Piece episode 1080 clearly indicated that King and Queen were in such a dire state that they could hardly engage in battle, let alone showcase their typical prowess. Their bodies were wrapped in bandages, underscoring their ongoing injuries.

The utilization of Queen's Zoan Fruit powers proved to be quite challenging for him as he could only activate them for a brief period before needing to deactivate them. Moreover, his energy would be completely depleted by employing a single laser, leaving him unable to utilize his special Germa abilities. As for King, he was so severely weakened that he lacked the necessary strength to even utilize his Zoan Devil Fruit for a mere second.

King's abnormal condition prevented him from utilizing his powerful Lunarian flames in the fight, which are the source of his exceptional skills. It wasn't a matter of King toggling them on and off like he does when switching between his heightened durability and speed modes.

Due to a lack of energy, King was unable to tap into his Lunarian powers at all. He couldn't unleash his magma-like fire dragons, execute flaming punches and kicks, enhance his durability, or increase his speed. It was during this showdown with Ryokugyu's Woods-Woods Fruit that King's Lunarian flames could have proven immensely advantageous, as magma holds greater strength than fire in the world of One Piece.

Momonosuke's Bolo Breath flames were effortlessly nullified by the Admiral's Devil Fruit. However, it was previously clarified that King's Lunarian flames, resembling molten magma, surpassed regular fire in intensity. Additionally, he found himself unable to wield his sword, as it had been decimated by Zoro.

Zoro utilized the King of Hell Three Sword Serpent technique, combining Advanced Conqueror's Haki and Advanced Armament Haki, to overpower King's flames. With a swift slash, he effortlessly sliced through King's body enhanced by Lunarian powers and his sword protected by Armament Haki.

Despite Ryokugyu being a Logia user, Queen's infrequent use of Haki allows for some disregard towards his techniques. However, they could still serve as a potential distraction, particularly as King possesses the ability to unleash the formidable Extra Large Imperial Flames - a colossal dragon-shaped manifestation of Lunarian flames, resembling magma.

Being a Navy Admiral, Ryokugyu possesses the capability to counter King's assault with his own strategic maneuver. However, it is evident that the intensity of this confrontation would escalate tremendously if both King and Queen were functioning at their utmost potential, unhampered by any restrictions.
