Pela is a formidable 4-star support character in Honkai: Star Rail. Her Skill allows her to remove one buff from the enemy, and her Ultimate reduces the opponent's DEF, making it easier for her teammates to inflict greater damage. By unlocking her Eidolon, she can even lower the enemy's Ice RES, making her a valuable companion for Ice DPS characters.
To maximize Pela's potential, players must focus on increasing her Effect Hit Rate stat. In addition to using Relics, players can also level up the Secretarial Officer to boost her Effect Hit Rate, as well as her Ice DMG and ATK. To achieve this, players must collect the necessary Pela materials in Honkai: Star Rail.

To level up the Ice character in Honkai: Star Rail, players will need to gather specific materials. These materials include Credits, Enemy Drops, and Boss Drops, as well as different types of Cores and Horns. As the character's level increases, so too will the number and rarity of the required materials. For example, to ascend the character from level 20 to 30, players must collect 3,200 Credits and 4 Extinguished Cores. However, to ascend from level 40 to 50, players will need 32,000 Credits, 5 Glimmering Cores, and 2 Horns of Snow.

Glimmering Core x8, Horn of Snow x5, 60, and 64,000 are needed for the first tier upgrade. For the second tier upgrade, players will need Squirming Core x5, Horn of Snow x15, 70, and 128,000. Finally, the third tier upgrade requires Squirming Core x7, Horn of Snow x28, and a total of 246,400 resources. To complete the upgrades, players will need Extinguished Core x12, Glimmering Core x13, Squirming Core x12, and Horn of Snow x50.
In Honkai: Star Rail, Pela Trace materials are split into three sections: Basic Attack Trace materials, Skill/Talent/Ultimate Trace materials, and Skill Tree Trace materials. Players can obtain Pela Basic Attack Trace materials.
Pela's primary focus in Honkai: Star Rail is to play as a debuffer, so leveling up her Basic Attack is not necessary. As for leveling up her character, players can do so by using different trace materials and defeating enemies to earn credits. At level 2, players will need 4,000 credits and two Obsidian of Dread and four Extinguished Core trace materials. Pela's Skill Tree is an essential component of Honkai: Star Rail, providing bonuses for Ice DMG, ATK, and Effect Hit Rate. To fully upgrade her skills, you'll need a variety of trace materials, including Obsidian of Dread (x6), Obsidian of Desolation (x36), Obsidian of Obsession (x69), Extinguished Core (x18), Glimmering Core (x30), Squirming Core (x15), Guardian's Lament (x9), and Tracks of Destiny (x3). Lv 1 Bonus Stat for this level is Ice DMG +3.2%. The cost to level up is 2,000 credits and there are no trace materials required. As for enemy drops and weekly boss drops, there are none. However, players can obtain Extinguished Core x2 as a drop. The Lv 80 Bonus Stat for this level is Ice DMG +6.4%. The cost to level up to Lv 80 is 128,000 credits and trace materials required are Obsidian of Obsession x6 and Squirming Core x6. There are no enemy drops or weekly boss drops for this level.
A2 skill requires 4,000 points and can be obtained by exchanging two Obsidian of Dread. In addition, Guardian's Lament is also needed to unlock this skill. The A2 skill provides a bonus stat of ATK +4%.
To unlock the A2 bonus stat, 4,000 points and two Obsidian of Dread are required, along with four Extinguished Cores. No other materials are needed to unlock this bonus stat.
The A3 bonus stat provides an Ice DMG +3.2% bonus and requires 8,000 points. Two Obsidian of Desolation and two Glimmering Cores are needed to unlock this bonus stat. No other materials are required.

Upgrade to the Ascension 4 (A4) Node unlocks the A4 Skill and grants access to the A4 Bonus Stat (Ice DMG +4.8%). To achieve this, you will need 16,000 Mora, Obsidian of Desolation x4, Guardian's Lament x1, and Track of Destiny x1. Additionally, you will require Glimmering Core x3 to enhance the A4 Bonus Stat.
Ascend your character to the sixth level to unlock the A6 skill and the A6 node. This upgrade requires 128,000 of experience points and six Obsidian of Obsession. Additionally, you will need a Guardian's Lament and a Track of Destiny to complete the upgrade. As a bonus, your character's attack will receive a 6% boost and ice damage will increase by 4.8%. The materials required for these bonuses include two Obsidian of Obsession and two Squirming Core.
A6 Bonus Stat (Effect Hit Rate +6%) and Lv 75 Bonus Stat (ATK +8%) can be obtained by exchanging 128,000 coins, 6 Obsidian of Obsession, and 6 Squirming Core each.
