Mackenzie McKee Announces Engagement to Khesanio Hall: Exciting Wedding Plans Ahead!

Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall are ready to tie the knot! Mackenzie, 29, excitedly revealed to We on Wednesday, May 29, that she got engaged the night before. She shared that the engagement was a big surprise and that this is all very new to her.

The Teen Mom star was overjoyed when Khesanio arranged for her dad and sisters to fly in for the engagement. He also found a touching way to honor Mackenzie's late mom, Angie Douthit, who passed away in December 2019 after battling cancer. This was later revealed on an episode of Teen Mom OG in April 2020.

During the special day, Mackenzie shared, "All the people I loved were here and everyone was crying. He made it very, very special for me. It means a lot to me."

Mackenzie mentioned that her ring needed resizing because it was "too big," but she mentioned that Khesanio had it custom-made to be "a little golden." She excitedly exclaimed, "Bring on the wedding planning!"

She admitted feeling a bit overwhelmed initially when discussing her whirlwind romance with Khesanio because things progressed "very, very fast."

She shared, "We first met one night and then started talking every night. We both had a feeling about each other from the start. It's almost been two years now, and there hasn't been a single day where I doubted our relationship. I feel incredibly happy and blessed to have found this kind of love. I truly admire him as a person, especially for stepping in and being a father figure to my kids."

Before this, Mackenzie hinted to her fans that she was ready to take the next big step with Khesanio. When Khesanio shared a sweet photo of them kissing on the beach in February, a follower commented, "Can't wait for the engagement announcement." Mackenzie playfully responded, "Mack Hall doesn't sound like a bad idea, does it?".

Mackenzie went public with her relationship with Khesanio on Instagram in January 2023. She shared a photo of them hugging and looking lovingly at each other, with red heart emojis.

Before Khesanio, Mackenzie had a rocky relationship with Josh McKee, whom she married in August 2013. They have three children together: Gannon in 2011, Jaxie in 2014, and Broncs in 2016.

Teen Mom: Family Reunion (season 3) finale episode will be shown on Wednesday, May 29 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV. The new season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter (season 2) will debut on Thursday, May 30 at 8 p.m. ET on MTV.
