Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have halted their wedding preparations due to their recent relationship challenges, according to an exclusive source from We. The insider reveals that the couple, aged 33 and 37 respectively, initially started planning their nuptials but have now decided to take a break from it. This decision stems from both individuals having a fiery temperament, leading them to address any potential triggers by pausing the wedding planning process.
The couple is currently prioritizing their relationship and ensuring its stability before making any further wedding plans. The source explains that their initial wedding attempt was a significant undertaking and placed strain on their relationship.
Although the insider confirms that the singer, known by his stage name Colson Baker, and Fox are still happily together, they are not eager to resume the wedding planning process. As a result, they have not yet selected a wedding date and are no longer actively searching for venues.
In May 2020, Fox and Kelly sparked dating rumors while working together on the film Midnight in the Switchgrass. Shortly after, Brian Austin Green confirmed their separation after almost a decade of marriage. Later that year, the Transformers actress officially filed for divorce from Green, 50, which was ultimately finalized two years later. Fox and Green are parents to three sons: Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7. On the other hand, Kelly has a daughter named Casie, 14, from a previous relationship with her ex, Emma Cannon.
Green and Sharna Burgess, who have a 16-month-old son named Zane, went their separate ways while Fox and Kelly's relationship flourished. In January 2022, Fox and Kelly announced their engagement, having overcome numerous challenges together. In an Instagram post, Fox shared the romantic proposal, expressing their eternal commitment by symbolically sharing each other's blood on 1.11.22.

A year later, speculation began to circulate about Fox and Kelly's relationship when the actress cryptically shared a message on social media. In a February Instagram post, Fox quoted lyrics from Beyoncé's song "Pray You Catch Me," writing, "You can taste the dishonesty, it's all over your breath."
Speculation about the couple's relationship took hold when Fox and Kelly landed in Arizona ahead of Super Bowl LVII. An insider informed Us that the duo had an intense argument, leading to Fox's absence from Kelly's performance at the Sports Illustrated event.
Shortly after, Fox refuted rumors of infidelity on Kelly's part, dispelling allegations of an affair with guitarist Sophie Lloyd. In the subsequent months, the couple resolved their issues and embarked on a love-filled trip to Hawaii in April.
"[MGK] was aware that significant personal growth and healing would be necessary in order to establish a strong foundation with Megan," a confidential source disclosed to Us in April. "However, he firmly believes that she is invaluable and would go to any lengths to mend their relationship, regardless of the challenges they may face."
As part of their efforts to rebuild their bond, the couple has been engaging with a professional to address their dynamic. "They are making positive progress once again," an insider exclusively revealed to Us in July. "Their therapy sessions have brought them considerable success. As they continue to build trust, they have started discussing the possibility of remarriage."
