Lukas Gage recently shared that his brief marriage to famous hairstylist Chris Appleton was a result of a challenging "manic episode" that lasted for six months.
"It was really intense," Gage, who is 28 years old, revealed during his guest appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Tuesday, March 19. "I mean, those jackets, those furry jackets."
Andy Cohen, the host, mentioned that in April 2023, Gage was married in fur coats by Kim Kardashian in Las Vegas.
Gage, puzzled by the memory, questioned, "What happened to me? I'm not sure what I was thinking, but it's all part of life's lessons."
Gage and Appleton sparked romance rumors in early 2023 and got married in April of the same year. Their wedding was featured on Hulu’s The Kardashians, where Kardashian officiated the ceremony at a chapel in Las Vegas. Before exchanging vows, Kardashian surprised the couple with Shania Twain singing “You’re Still the One”.
During the WWHL After Show, Cohen asked about the fur coats they wore for the wedding. Gage mentioned it was Appleton’s idea to wear them, admitting it was a “horrible idea”. He then apologized to Twain for "wasting her time". Gage joked about Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright having the same wedding song, impersonating Brittany’s iconic “rot in hell” line in a southern accent, saying, “Just a southern girl at heart.”
