Lindsay Hubbard expressed regret for questioning her then-fiancé Carl Radke's sobriety during the latest episode of Summer House. In an Instagram Story post on Friday, March 1, Lindsay, 37, admitted that she wished she had chosen her words more carefully. She explained that she was feeling emotional and upset about earlier events, and her comments were meant to be a private conversation with a close friend. (Lindsay may be referring to the scenes filmed with Gabby Prescod at the house, where she repeatedly mentioned to Amanda Batula that Carl seemed to be "on something" at the club.)

In the Thursday, February 29 episode, Lindsay and Carl, 39, went to the Hamptons and ended up having a big argument.

Lindsay, who was drinking with the group on the episode, felt that Carl was acting strangely. Despite Carl being sober since 2021, she felt that his behavior was similar to how he acted when he was using cocaine. Lindsay said, "I don’t know what happened with him, but he was not sober tonight. Something’s wrong with Carl. The way he was speaking to me, he was cocaine Carl tonight. It was weird."

Lindsay tried to explain her comments more clearly on Friday. She stated, "I have always been his biggest supporter and never doubted his sobriety until now." Lindsay also mentioned that she has always been honest on the show and sought support from her friends, which was her only intention in this situation.

Before the episode aired, Lindsay told We that she didn’t regret questioning Carl’s behavior.

Lindsay Hubbard shared with Us last month that during the summer, she was in love with her fiancé. She expressed that any doubts she had were out of love and concern, similar to how one would feel about their partner's decisions or behavior.

Lindsay and Carl began dating in late 2021 after being friends for years. Carl proposed in August 2022 but later decided to cancel their wedding in the following year. Their breakup happened while they were being filmed, but the footage has not been shown on Bravo yet.

Carl told Us in February that the upcoming season 8 episodes will spark a lot of discussion due to the split. He also shared some insights on his current relationship status with Lindsay.

"We've exchanged text messages since the breakup, but at the moment, we're not talking," Carl disclosed to Us. "There are still some unresolved issues that we're trying to work through. I'm hopeful that we can address them and move on."

On Thursday’s episode, Carl was visibly upset that his partner questioned his sobriety, repeatedly telling her that he was sober and she was not.

Summer House airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
