Lenny Hochstein's Engagement: Shocking Lisa with The Unexpected!

Lenny Hochstein is ecstatic about his engagement to Katharina Mazepa and couldn't care less about his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein's opinion. "Lisa always tries to play the victim, so I knew her response would be predictable," Lenny, 57, exclusively told We on Tuesday, August 1. "I don't waste any time worrying about it."

Lenny and Mazepa, both 27, joyfully announced their engagement on Saturday, July 29, following a courtship of over a year. Mazepa shared their magical moment on Instagram, revealing that Lenny proposed on top of a historic pirate cave, with the mesmerizing sunset over Es Vedrá as their backdrop.

Despite the couple's bliss, astute social media users were quick to raise a pertinent point. Lenny is still in the process of legally finalizing his divorce from Lisa, who is 41 years old. The former couple officially separated in May 2022, after Lenny publicly revealed his relationship with Mazepa. Lenny maintains that their romantic involvement commenced only after he and Lisa had reached the mutual decision to part ways.

"I want to congratulate my present husband and his fiancée on their engagement," Lisa posted on her Instagram Story following Lenny's announcement.

Despite the challenging situation, Lenny shared with Us that their children, Logan (8) and Elle (3), are thrilled about their father's new relationship. "I prefer to keep my conversations with my children confidential, but it's safe to say they absolutely adore Kat," he stated.

Lenny stood up for his mother, Marina Hochstein, who made headlines for criticizing Lisa after Lenny revealed their engagement. "While I may not agree with everything she says, my mother has the right to express her opinions," he told Us.

In the comments section of Lenny and Mazepa's post about their big news, Marina shared her thoughts on Lisa. "I am glad that this time you are finding a woman who truly loves and respects you," Marina wrote on Saturday. "It was certainly lacking in your previous marriage."

Lisa replied to Marina on her Instagram Stories, saying, "She is such an amazing mother-in-law and grandmother. Absolutely repulsive."

After breaking up with Lenny, Lisa found solace with Jody Glidden. Just before discovering the news of Lenny's engagement, Lisa uploaded a picture of herself commemorating her birthday alongside Glidden, aged 49.
