Former Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry recently announced that she is now a mother of seven. Lowry had secretly given birth in October 2022 but only recently shared the news publicly. On her Barely Famous podcast, Lowry revealed that she is expecting twins with her boyfriend Elijah Scott. During a conversation with guest Allison Kuch, who is also expecting her first child with her NFL husband Isaac Rochell, Lowry surprised Kuch by showing her growing baby bump on camera. Lowry mentioned that she had no idea she was pregnant while on vacation in Thailand and must have conceived shortly before the trip.
"I was eating everything when I arrived," she shared. "I noticed my face was flushed, but I didn't think much of it because I thought it was impossible. I couldn't believe that I could be pregnant." Lowry then confirmed that she is expecting twins, referring to them as "six and seven."
In addition to Rio, Lowry is a mother to Isaac from her previous relationship with Jo Rivera, Lincoln from her former husband Javi Marroquin, and Creed and Lux from Chris Lopez. While this pregnancy might create excitement among fans for a potential return to the Teen Mom franchise, Lowry has no intentions of doing so. Despite facing negative comments on Instagram, she responded with resilience.
