The Pennsylvania native gained fame after appearing on a 2010 episode of 16 & Pregnant. During the episode, Lowry and her high school boyfriend, Jo Rivera, became parents to their son, Isaac, who was born in January 2010. Lowry and Rivera began their relationship while they were in high school in 2008. They became parents to their son, Issac, in January 2010. Throughout the early seasons of Teen Mom 2, fans witnessed the tumultuous breakup and custody battle concerning their child unfold in court.

However, over time, the couple managed to reconcile and establish a positive relationship. This was evident when Lowry attended Rivera's wedding to Vee Torres in September 2018.

Jordan Wenner

Following her separation from Rivera, Lowry began a romantic relationship with a fellow employee at Sport Authority, despite the fact that she was still residing with Rivera's parents. In her memoir titled Pride Over Pity, Lowry provided a comprehensive account of her breakup from Wenner in 2011, which occurred three years before the book's publication in 2014.

After an entire year of being together, I felt disappointed by Jordan's excessive focus on the attention brought by the show. I didn't believe he actually had any intention of following through with the move, but I couldn't help but jump to conclusions at the time. The betrayal hurt deeply because I truly loved him.

Furthermore, she confessed to having cheated on Wenner with Rivera in her book. "Cheating never leads to a happy ending, and it certainly didn't for us. Cheating on someone carries a heavy burden, surpassing any other mistake one can make in a relationship. It is a cold, selfish, and heartless act. In my opinion, I committed a grave wrongdoing. It's astounding to discover what one is capable of," she wrote.

Javi Marroquin

Lowry and Marroquin met in late 2011 when she was working at a mall. Their relationship became public in January 2012 after they were photographed kissing in December the previous year. In a private ceremony, they got married at a Pennsylvania courthouse eight months later. Lowry announced their engagement shortly after the secret wedding, which was revealed to the public in November. While pregnant with their son Lincoln, the couple exchanged vows again in front of MTV cameras in September 2013, and their son was born that November.

Rumors of relationship troubles between the couple began circulating in late 2015 when Marroquin, who had been deployed in Qatar due to his service in the Air Force. Following three years of marriage, Lowry initiated the divorce process in May 2016.

"Our main focus is ensuring the happiness of our children, Lincoln and Isaac. Our secondary goal is for them to witness both parents finding happiness again. Unfortunately, we have both come to the realization that we are not happy together, which is why we have made the decision to take this step. We believe it is the best choice for both of us to find our own happiness."

In June 2018, Lowry disclosed that they had discussed reconciling after their breakup, but ultimately decided against it. She expressed regret for having those conversations, filming about it, and hooking up with him, as she was aware that people from the reunion leaked that information.

Despite Lopez's infrequent appearances on the MTV series, Lowry began a discreet relationship with him in 2016. In August 2017, the couple joyfully welcomed their first child, Lux. Despite the turbulence that followed and the on-again, off-again dynamic of their relationship, the reality TV personality revealed in January 2019 that they continue to play significant roles in each other's lives.

"We're practically inseparable, Chris and I. Even when we're apart, we're still connected in some way. So, it wouldn't be a shock if we end up getting married soon and it ends up in the tabloids!" she playfully joked.

In February 2020, it was confirmed by Us that the couple is expecting their second child. However, things took a turn when Lowry accused Lopez of being unfaithful in March 2020. Lopez denied the allegations, stating on Instagram that she was simply trying to create drama for the show Teen Mom 2. Despite the ups and downs, they joyfully welcomed their son Creed in August 2020.

In October, Lowry was arrested for allegedly assaulting her ex during an argument over Lux's haircut. Court documents revealed that Scott claimed Lowry repeatedly punched him in the head and upper body, while Lowry maintained that the altercation never became physical.

Their tumultuous relationship continued in May 2023 when Lowry accused Lopez of attempting to suffocate her during a domestic dispute while she was pregnant with Creed. Speaking on the "Dumb Blonde" podcast, she recounted the incident and expressed her reluctance to involve the police, hoping for Lopez to choose her and improve instead.

Lopez promptly responded to her allegations during a TikTok Live session, clarifying that although he had "never come close to killing anyone," Lowry's account was not entirely fabricated. "I did indeed choke her, and I take full responsibility for that. It is documented as an act of domestic violence, which I openly admit. I will not try to hide from that truth. The domestic violence aspect is accurate," he clarified. "However, the claim of physically assaulting her? No, that is false. I never physically harmed her in any way. I am innocent of those allegations."

Lowry's relationship with her friend took a romantic turn in 2017 during a break from Lopez. In an interview with her podcast cohost, Lindsie Chrisley, in November 2017, Lowry revealed, "We had been friends for a year and it naturally evolved into a romantic relationship. It wasn't a planned or orchestrated situation. It just happened."

The next year, Lowry expressed her regret for including Potter on the MTV series in an interview with Us.

"I feel remorseful for how I handled the situation with Dom. She's such a kind person, but I was at a loss on how to manage everything," Lowry confessed to Us in June 2018. "I didn't want it to be aired on television, and I didn't fully appreciate how much she cared about us. As a result, she feels humiliated and let down. I take full responsibility for that."

In April 2022, Lowry revealed her new relationship through an Instagram advertisement for vitamins. In a now-deleted post, she shared, "My boyfriend and I exchange pictures of the Open Vitamins we consume every morning. He sends me a photo of his, and I reciprocate with a picture of mine."

She later went public with her relationship with Scott on Instagram, posting a picture of their hands in bed during a trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Soon after, they moved in together and Scott was introduced to her four kids.

The construction worker made an appearance on Lowry's "Barely Famous podcast" in June 2022, where she recounted their first fight. "While we were in the car, I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my stomach and I urgently asked him to drive at 100 mph," the reality star shared. "But he couldn't because he didn't want to risk losing his license. I was embarrassed and worried about meeting his mom for the first time and having an accident on her floor."

Lowry addressed the rumors about Scott having an affair, stating that he was in a relationship when she moved next door to him. However, she clarified that he did not cheat on his former partner.
