Julia Fox recounted a traumatic incident from a previous plastic surgery during a recent gathering to promote her new book, "Down the Drain." The 33-year-old actress, known for her role in "Uncut Gems," engaged in a conversation with comedian and former "Summer House" cast member Hannah Berner, shedding light on her teenage nose job.
Fox recounted her experience prior to the procedure, revealing that she had been out the night before and returned home at 6 a.m. She shared her story in a video posted on Berner's Instagram account on October 30, stating that she arrived at her appointment an hour late. Due to the high alcohol content in her blood, the anesthetic did not have its intended effect, causing her to wake up during the procedure. Fox described the unsettling experience of hearing her bone being broken while feeling paralyzed and attempting to alert the medical professionals of her conscious state. She acknowledged that the traumatic ordeal was entirely her own responsibility.
Fox has been transparent about her cosmetic enhancements in the past. She disclosed to Elle in February that she had undergone liposuction and Botox. However, she revealed that she is currently abstaining from any additional procedures as she believes in embracing the natural aging process.
"I've noticed some sagging and things not being as firm as before," she explained. "Nevertheless, I have made the conscious decision to refrain from making any changes."
In her memoir, which was released on October 10, Fox shared details about her brief 2022 romance with Kanye West, including that the rapper offered to get her a “boob job.”
In a hotel room, Julia Fox and West, 46, spent the day enjoying games like Uno and a word highlighting activity in the dictionary.
Fox revealed that West had made an offer to get her a breast enhancement, but she declined. The actress made headlines in September when she disclosed that she and West had not engaged in sexual relations during their brief relationship. According to Fox, their connection was not primarily focused on physical intimacy, as she explained to The New York Times.
In an October 2022 TikTok video, Fox revealed that their conversations mainly revolved around fashion, unconventional concepts, future plans, and their aspirations for childhood and education.
Fox and West crossed paths on New Year's Eve in Miami in 2021 and later made a joint appearance at Paris Fashion Week in January. By February 2022, it was confirmed that the couple had separated, with the rapper making a public plea to his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, to reconcile.
She mentioned to ES Magazine in September 2022 that he had numerous tasks to focus on, but she lacks the time and energy for them. Moreover, she expressed that she doesn't possess the capability or emotional strength to handle those tasks. She also mentioned feeling proud of herself for recognizing and acknowledging this.
