In her upcoming memoir, "Down the Drain," Julia Fox openly discusses her romantic involvement with Kanye West. The 33-year-old actress recently shared a new excerpt from the book with The Guardian, revealing that during their two-month relationship in 2022, West had suggested getting her a breast augmentation surgery.
In a hotel room, they passed their time playing Uno and a game where they identified positive words in the dictionary. He jokingly remarked, "If you want, I can get you a breast augmentation surgery." However, Fox did not accept his offer.
Fox and West first crossed paths on New Year's Eve in Miami in 2021. They later attended Paris Fashion Week as a couple in January. In February 2022, their separation was confirmed after West openly begged for a reconciliation with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. A spokesperson for Fox clarified that while she and Kanye remain on good terms and continue to collaborate, their romantic relationship has ended.

The star of Uncut Gems recently garnered attention for admitting that there was a lack of sexual activity in their relationship.
"It wasn't a major focus," Fox shared with The New York Times in a September 25 interview.
During the promotion of her forthcoming memoir, set to be released on Tuesday, October 10, the protagonist of No Sudden Move mentioned that there will not be an extensive focus on West. In an interview with E! News on September 7, she revealed that he is only referred to in approximately six pages.
"I approached that topic with caution," she commented previously. "I have no intention of harboring ill feelings or stirring up any conflicts. It's all in the past."
Following their breakup, Fox openly discussed the reasons behind the end of her relationship with West. In an interview with ES Magazine in September 2022, she revealed that she decided to walk away as soon as she noticed a red flag.
"It became apparent that he had numerous personal issues to address, and honestly, I couldn't invest the time or energy into it," she explained. "I simply didn't have the emotional strength or capacity to deal with it. I take pride in my decision."
In a TikTok video the following month, she revealed that their conversations mainly revolved around clothing, peculiar ideas, future plans, childhood aspirations, and education. However, her support for him was severed when he resurfaced on social media again.
Although she initially believed she could offer assistance, it proved futile and led them to the present situation. Despite this, she holds a profound respect for him as an artist and does not wish to diminish his entire career due to a few flawed moments.
